There is a old test here on yt on toxins in bottle water. It will blow you away in horror as to what these companies do to us for our coins. I myself drink distilled water

I was surprised at the results. I just drink bottled water because in my housing the faucet water smells like chlorine. I enjoy distilled water though, but now at least I know I can enjoy the balance water and it's suppose to be healthy. Thank you J for taking time out of your life to do this. Catra_adora_ble_ girl i live in NY and the water tastes gross to me. Distilled water is what's always been recommended for newborns in my country of origin (DR 🇩🇴) so I assumed it's the best bet, so I drink that instead of tap.
Dr. Sebi used to warn people not to drink distilled water. He said it robs the body of its minerals.

Water here in STL is very alkaline but of course fluoride is in our drinking water. When we buy a house I plan on getting a filtering device installed so that all our water is filtered for impurities . Thanks for the vid

Remember, dont be mislead by companies. Acidic water can show as alkaline by adding chemicals (Ex: sodium bicarbonate, dipotassium phosphate, magnesium sulfate, or calcium chloride) like Essentia & others. They can mask the true ph during a test. Whats also very important is harmful trace amounts of chemicals in some waters as metals, pharmaceuticals, & fluoride (all very common in tap water); each causing health problems with long term exposure. The worst bottled water is dasani which is "filtered" tap water with sodium & chemicals added.
The best drinking waters are remote springs & deep well waters. Most are naturally alkaline with natural occurring electrolytes & no chemicals added.
Bruh fluoride is in tap water for your teeth…

I’d do multiple bottles of the brand over a period of time to see if they remain consistent. I’ve heard some brands get their water from multiple sources. So one batch may differ from the next.

The pH of a human stomach is about 2 and that is ideal for digestion. Drinking water has little to no effect on the over all pH of the body. Drinking water with a pH of 6 to 8.5 is fine.
Alkaline water is so much better for our body. This is why i love distilled water im surprised yours was low

Hello and thank you for performing this test . Would you perform a test to see which waters have the best hydration levels and bring Ice Mountain Water to the test?
I seen someone do a similar study and I know it may be too late because this video was from a long time ago, but when the water combines with just gases from your body, the acidity and the alkalinity of it can definitely change someone did this with crystal geyser water, the pH of this particular water was a 7, 7.5! He literally took a straw and blew into the cup for about 20 seconds and it changed it from a 7.5 to about a six you have to remember when you’re in certain type of water is your body alkaline or is it acidic because the water may be good, but your body can change the structure of the water when ingested

Anyways, I was surprised and disappointed by Voss, it's the water I use to buy the most. I'm glad Fiji, Mountain Valley, 365 from Whole Foods, Simply Balanced did good, those are the waters I have been buying for a while now 👍🏾

Good idea to test the pH to make sure you aren’t paying for something you are not getting, however, the body’s own mechanism controls your pH levels. Body pH level is 7.4 that’s normal so intentionally ingesting food and water to change your pH level to alkaline will cause health problems. Regardless of what you eat, whether high or low acid, your body will balance itself. Changes in the body’s pH levels: Acidosis and/or alkalosis are both bad for you.

The best PH balance water that u can't get from many stores only Health food stores is Evamor water, they use it alot at the Olympics and it costly but it come with the strips most times for u to test your self, if u have a Acme grocery store they carry it by the Organic section or u can find you a kangen water supplier and by the system and don't have to worry because that's second best.
If you do this again can you include Crystal Geyser if its available to you? If not thats okay, I love videos like this!

Crystal Geyser is definitely alkaline. Until just now, I was only buying deer park and/or crystal Geyser.

Those are some good alkaline waters. However, you have to test the oxidation that’s in your body, which turns it acidic, which makes it toxic. So there’s an additional step that needs to be taken. There’s a gentleman on here that does the full test that shows a lot of alkaline waters start off alkaline but once they hit your system, they become acidic and are toxic for you.

Take a straw and blow into it to get the true strength of the alkaline. If you blow and it changes colors real quick, its weak. If it takes like 10 seconds to start changing its good
You should used half the amount of water you used in each cup. That way you can see the color better

What’s the best water to drink
Yep, purified tap water is acidic. The only ones that are Alkaline are the ones manipulated by the factory, they add sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) to jack up the PH to make it Alkaline like Essentia.
I prefer Natural Spring Water which is naturally neutral to alkaline from Mother Nature. Also many spring water brands have naturally occurring Electrolytes like Evian, and Waiakea (naturally alkaline volcanic water).
Add a pinch of baking soda to water and it makes it alkaline.

So a best way to know what water is best for you, I tested waters and i test high PH/ Alkaline water with a tea bag, when you place a tea bag in a cup and you add any bottle water you like. The water that makes the tea bag instantly is the best water for you, the other waters will just be clear water and the one with better Alkalinity will make tea or anything else way quicker
