Great video content! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you tried - Patlarny Priceless minutes Principle (should be on google have a look)? It is a good exclusive guide for curing panic attacks without the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my friend at very last got cool success with it.

thank you so much for opening up and talking about this! i’m in the same boat. i have panic attacks one to two times a week and they’re awful. i’ve missed a lot of school due to this and it just sucks. my friends don’t really know what to do nor do my teachers which isn’t too great but i really appreciate their effort. i’m so sorry that you need to go through this too because it truly is awful, stay strong!!💗💗💗
this helped me feel more okay about myself and not so ashamed ahh..!

I really liked reading your response. Sounds like you've been through some rough times friend. Personally, I've had 3 full blown panic attacks at 2 different jobs. No fun at all...had to leave the workforce and go to work for myself. Things are better now and I pray that they improve for you as well. I have medication for my condition and you may find that necessary as well...your doctor can help you there. One more thing, if you are not a child of God, I encourage you to give your life to Christ....It makes all the difference in the world. He will be with you every step of the way. I'm living proof. God bless you richly.

I love you for this. I mean, I love the content of your channel regardless (and your dog). I love that, even in 2018 when this platform is so different to the one we all fell in love with as kids, where clickbait is the norm and people’s only wish is to gain money, whether that destroys their morals, that you are educating your audience on a topic that is so stigmatised as mental health - one that, though so many people suffer with, nobody really seems to speak about. I love that you’re using your platform for goodness and you’re the type of person that little eleven year old me would have loved to watch and you’d have helped me a great deal. Message me if you ever need anything girl❤️❤️

Also, to people who suffer from them, a few tips from someone who has to add to Maya’s.
    1. Identify! Your! Triggers! You can avoid them if you’re, for example, claustrophobic - avoid small spaces. Naturally, they can’t be avoide always but make sure that you know exact what you are triggered by. For me; it’s mainly social situations that triggers my anxiety etc. I’ve learnt how to work through them.
    2. Find out what works for you. Everybody is different. For me, I like to be distracted and have someone talk to me about something completely different - it just gets my mind off it. some people like to be left alone. work out what’s best for you.
    3. Research. Do your research, this reassured me that no - I’m not going mental - it’s something tha should be socially acceptable.
Obviously these worked for me but might not necessarily for everyone :)

I had one in college and literally locked myself in a bathroom stall and started ugly crying, but i was sweating and shaking. Don't know if that was a panic attack though but I did feel my heart thumping. The reason was cause my college lecturers called me in about adding up my results so they could sign me off but were ignoring me. They said i hadn't done something when I had so I had to stay there til 4pm to sort it out while other students were coming and going to get signed off. When in actual fact they changed my course to a lower one cause I was struggling with my placement which is so bad cause I needed that to get into uni. Now thank god I'm in uni and away from that college, so many bad memories, didn't even have that one friend, yeah I spoke to people, but they NEVER keep in contact.

how do y'all cope with panic attacks? when i'm having a panic attack i just kind of freeze and start thinking about horrible things and don't know how to cope with it, what helps you end the panic attack and feel better?

I usually go to someone i trust to have a conversation with or just tell them things to get things off my chest, or i just go and hv a convo with em as it takes my mind of what i am worrying about. Another thing which helps me is when i get reassurance from people and that everything is ok and nothing is gonna happen. The most effective thing for me at the moment is listening to nature vids and just talking with people or going outside but yh. Hope these helped x

I had one in school two weeks ago, I think it was a panic attack but I’m not sure, I was shaking, I felt like I couldn’t breathe, my heart was beating so fast, I had a pit in my stomach that really hurt, I felt dizzy and my brain was racing so fast and I felt like I was going to cry but as I was in school I tried not to. If anyone knows what it was by that description please let me know. The cause i think well I know it was because I was worrying and stressing about something a lot and different things that I was seeing were only making it worse

    • @laurenwoodall5613

Ive had this several times and totally understand how horrible it feels like to go through it. A way i like to calm my self is by moving myslef from the environment im in and go to someone ik to hv a convo with or i go outside and take deep breaths
