- Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar called the Wednesday night shooting that killed a 4-year-old girl and critically injured four others in Northeast Bexar County a "targeted shooting."

What he does not make clear is whether the 4 year old was in the intended target home or the other home that got hit. The whole reason they got out, up close and personal is because of the row of cars parked in front of the intended target.

I don't think these people, the police and the news are making it clear that the 4 year old was not in the intended target home, the child was in the other home that was un intentionally hit. He says 4 people are dead in one home, I assume that is the target house. The child was collateral damage.
