As a wakeboarder, I have experienced the close call of being ran over by another boat. I try to hold the board as high as possible in the water to signal my location in the water.

Depending on the sea state, it can very difficult to see obstacles. They don't report if the incident took place in the channel of anything that describes ant type of conditions. There is defiantly more to know to come to any conclusion.

Please pray that the Supreme Court sides with character and justice, to not send the presidential immunity request onto each individual state to hold the burden of proof and the outcome of a ruling. Please pray the current Supreme Court will not cause more hate, more division, more harm onto all Americans by humouring a (long, drawn out, very expensive & time consuming state by state process) Federal task, of Presidential immunity, remain a federal ruling. I often wonder how those polls are conducted - what the questions are and how they decide who to talk to... do they actually speak with people? Do the people doing the actual work of the polls get training as to how they're supposed to conduct the conversation? It's never just a "Do you plan on voting for XXX, yes or no," is it? They could do a poll like that with an automated voice system these days, and a numeric response by the people being polled. Is that what they use? Does anyone know?
They should do it like the American idol does their votes.
