    Hi, Arthritis happens due to high vata in body. You mentioned that akash and prithvi mudra should be done for arthritis. So, could you please clarify if doing akash mudra along with prithvi mudta would not increase vata in body as u also mentioned that ppl which high vata shouldn't do akash mudra ?

    I recently started following u...I have high bp problem...3 days back started doing vyaan mudra and APA an vaayu mudra each for 40 to 45 minutes...can I do akash mudra also...I don't have any other problem than high bp described by u for akash mudra...plz suggest me should I do akash mudra at least for sometime or no need...thank u for posting the videos in such simple words

      Practice Vayu mudra, start practicing anti-rheumatic exercises for the joints. You can try some massage on your joints with some sesame oil or ayurvedic oils. Also, try ayurvedic massages for joints & theraphies

      Indigestion which may include excessive gas, constipation, and bloating
      Mental and physical exhaustion
      Dry skin
      Cold hands and feet
      Irritable bowel syndrome
      Unintended weight loss
      Cramps
      Pain (chronic)
      Insomnia or poor, disturbed sleep
      Irrregular or painful menstrual cycles, or absence of menstruation
      Breathing problems e.g hyperventilation
      Joint pain
      Fear
      Anxiety
      Negative thinking
      Lack of concentration
      Indecisiveness​

    Could you please tell which mudra is best for tinnitus and somes time dizziness for 2to3 seconds.i have watched some videos where people are telling both Akash and sunya mudra will work and Akash mudra is for small problems and sunya mudra is for severe problems.some are telling do sunya mudra and when the issue is cured then perform Akash mudra.which I have to do, could you please clarify?and also how do I know if I have excess or less space element?

      Yes your are correct , some time akash mudra work & in some cases shunya so alternately practice both for 3 months ( 45 min a day 15X3 ) to see the results.
      Shunya Mudra prevents issues like motion sickness & vertigo. Motion sickness & vertigo is mainly caused due to inflammation in the inner ear. The practice of Shunya mudra stimulates nerves of the ear.

      Nagesh Ji the middle finger represents space and sound.
      Imbalance of space element will create thyroid disorders, throat problems, speech disorder, madness, foolishness, ear diseases.
      In the case of Tinnitus, hearing problems, and ear discharge both Akash Mudra and shunya mudra are helpful. Sometimes one mudra does not help then the other works. So you use both mudras alternatively.
      you have to test both of them on you.
      practice 15 min 3 times a day for at least 45-day nd then feel the changes

    Respected Sir. I am 56 and have little issues of Bones and Weak Muscles of late. I have low back issues and Dr says to increase Proteins and Calcium. I am slightly Vata person with occasional belching issues. Can I practice Akash Mudra and Prithvi Mudra as these Mudras are most beneficial for Bones and Muscles. I am Ostheoponic in Bone strength. Kingly guide.

      @@YogaChaitanya Thanks Sir. My body us Vatta Pitta type. In that case can I take raw Amla, as I heard that taking raw amla may aggravate Pitta in body. Making juice is tough as I don't have juicer. Kindly enlighten Sir

      @@hareshadvani4111 Amla reduces the aggravated Tridosh in our body. The sourness of Amla decreases the excess of Vata dosha, the coldness and soothing effect reduces the Pitta dosha and the rough or sharp nature mitigates the Kapha dosha in the body.

      Feeling dizzy and restless
      Unusually cold

      Roughness of skin and lips
      Excessive restlessness, anxiety, fidgeting, muscle twitching, palpitations, agitation
      Low weight and inability to gain weight
      Insomnia or interrupted sleep

    Sukhvinder ji... A lot of us know about the three dhoshas (khap, vath, pitt) or at least have heard about. However a person like me would like to know how to identify when one of the dhoshas is excess or low in our body so that one can do appropriate mudra, yoga, etc. Basically I would like you to make a playlist on identifying the symptoms of each doshas and prescrpetive yoga and mudra to fix them. It would be really great...

      Sure udai ji , ayurveda, doshas, how to keep them in balance , ayurvedic food , all of these are in my wishlist/planning list, i will make videos on it but now am working on yoga nidra /insomnia, suryanamaskar/ pranayamas & sciatica/back pain.

      Yes you can, but while lying you will fall asleep & slowly your fingers will loose the contact made with specific finger with whom you have created a mudra.
      best is if you practice mudras while meditating, pranayamas or puja/worship/prayer

      It is recommended that all mudras should be practiced while sitting in meditation to gain maximum benefits. But in this 21st century , we're rushing so fast that we have a shortage of time, so some of the mudras can be practiced while walking & standing, etc. But for Akash mudra, it is not advised so because Akash mudra balances the space elements. Akash ( space element) is the largest element in the universe & in the human body. Any change in space element ( i.e. high or low) will also affect the constitution of other elements also. So when we are sitting or meditating, our body is relaxed, our body is using minimum energy or pran shaki ( life energy) for running its voluntary /involuntary/ or subtle processes. In this case, the maximum bioenergy /pran shakti will be used to rejuvenate /repair/ balance the element, energies, organs & systems.
