      She can practice apana mudra, kundalini mudra, both videos are on my channel. Also practice cat cow pose, poses like dhanur asanas, shalabhasana, cobra pose, also practice Moolbandha

    40 min exercise bs 40 min pranayam which is good

      Both are good but, 40 min of exercise will be more effective because it will work on muscles nd other systems of the body, but u can't ignore the breath also. So best is find the balance, 30 min exercise or asanas then 10, min Pranayama or you can try alternative day approach also. Chk out how ur body mind emotions responds, because every one is unique.
