Well done! I’ve been interested in each of their half-lives. So this was helpful!

Differing effects of benzodizepines on the second messenger system, likely best characterized as a pharmacodymanic effect, will explain differences regarding clinical effects in comparing benzodiazepines.

I had a lot of different benzos the last 5 years. I used to buy them on the street, still in blisters. Didn't do them alot . Used it for anxiety mainly. In 2021 till 2022 i had a prescription. I wasn't abusing them for a long time . But eventually i did. But that's not why they cutt me off , they weren't telling me why they didn't fill out a prescription anymore . Now ive had 2 years of serious mental health problems that also led to a lot of physical pain and last days in the night when i can't sleep vivid hallucinations. Luckily my dad has them and in emergency he gives me one , im just scared i would never get them myself for the rest of my life

@@MK-pl4fr I’m sorry to hear that. You don’t think it’s the drugs fault tho do you? If combining the two drugs caused you to injure your self you could have stopped correct? We’re you talking both at the same time to control seizure or abuse?

@@Yashhaa I tore tendons and ligaments in my knees due to muscle weakness induced by benzos. My doctor prescribed pregabalin for my knee pain. After I took pregabalin, I tore many tendons and ligaments from head to toe due to muscle weakness induced by benzos and pregabalin.

My moms doctor has sent her urine to the lab the last two times saying it’s negative for her lorazepam and I know that’s false because I’m the one who gives it to her -- i believe the lab is doing wrong test on checking for it in her urine --I asked a few ppl and ready checking with traditional testing it will always be a negative due to the immunoassay structure is different in benzo diazepam than it is in lorazepam... how do I tell the doctor she is wrong

Drug Talk, I understood most of your information except for Bioavaliabilty , what does that mean, also in terms of those meds that had no bioavailability, what does that mean?

It's basically just saying how much of the drug is absorbed. If you take a pill, only a certain percent of the medication will actually end up in your circulatory system, which is a measure of its bioavailability. For example, a drug administered through an IV has a 100% bioavailability because it's being injected directly into your circulatory system.
