Im 6ft 5 , 200lbs, and am always travelling and sleeping on different mattresses. This stuff is a MIRACLE when taken AS NEEDED!!! If I wake up with pain in my back, Take 1 tablet and my back feels like im 16 again after 30 minutes or so ready to go play sports or swim. Note: Dont take it, then take a HOT shower, I found i would only get nauseated when i raised my body temp, and as always for most medications, stay away from grapefruit if you just took it. Also alcohol Try not to take everyday, says on the bottle dont use for more than 3 consecutive weeks.....I grabbed mine over the counter in Mexico. 100 tablets in the bottle. Will last me well over a year. anyone taking more than 3 a day should seriously look at the long term affects

I have been on lisinopril for a while. My doctor had added Diovan (why I’ll never know) and my feet and ankles became so swollen that I could barely fit into my sandals or shoes. I took photos of my feet without Diovan and while on it and showed my doctor. She said I shouldn’t have any swelling because Diovan has a diuretic. She saw what it did to me and took me off it right away. It was sooo painful too.

I am a caretaker, my patient suffered a stroke and now he's constantly constipated. More than constipation is the inability of the brain to relax and feel the urgency of a bowl movement. I tried giving him milk of magnesia but he got sick (stomach pain and nausea) for about 2 hours, I even gave him half the dosage suggested on the label. So I guess it's back to enemas until things get better.
