Somehow Draymond thinks he’s the victim
Exactly, lol. He needs to BS like his antics are part of what it takes to be a winner or some shit... No, plenty of guys have won championships without playing dirty, kicking guys in the nuts, punching people, choking opposing players, screaming at the refs every possession...
Like, i could understand it happening once due to it being a heated moment in an important game... but when you're doing something wild almost every game, that's when there's legitimately something wrong with you. I don't give af how you were raised, and who you are as a person. You're a part of a community, organisation, there's other people around you, nobody gives af if you are passionate. If you're gonna act like a barbarian you deserve to be removed from the scene. Simple as that. Playing the victim is what weak people do.
exactly his antics not apart of basketball
It was part of the sport when Jordan was around. When Shaq was around. When the sport was hands down better than it is now. This games gone soft if you can't handle your shit like a man.
@@YusufEbrthe problem is that Draymond gets away with a lot. If Kyrie did half of what Draymond does, he would be banned from the league. Draymond knows rules aren’t applied equally and that’s why he bullies people
He didn't sound like he was a victim he said he's crazy on the court and off the court he's a good guy
You punching someone in practice and causing them a concussion is not "just basketball", that's real life with very real consequences... this dude gets more and more unlikable day by day🤦♂️
Then dont talk crap and push off first simple yall to soft go watch ballet

"I'll slap the shit out of you to win a basketball game" is exactly the problem lmao that's what you need help with
I get mental toughness on the court but exactly lol. "Youll slap tf outta someone on the court?" What if they had a bench warmer come and break his legs to win the game?? He proves exactly the point of why the nba now is harsher with him.
😆😭💀
you're soft.... How many players got punched, slapped, backfisted in the league this season.... Why don't you guys talk about them?
No that’s exactly how he should think he’s a professional athlete making millions he better play with that mind set
@machi6684 Extreme desperation to win is one thing. Harm to others on purpose when we aren't boxing we are playing basketball is another. If thats the case he shouldn't have a problem with teams using bench warmers to hurt his Achilles to increase their chances to win
So he still didn’t take any responsibility for anything? Not surprised 🤦🏽♂️
Imagine if Draymond had to play against Shaq. He probably would've been in more than one coma.
Str8 barbecue chicken. He wouldn’t have did Ben Wallace like he did Rudy, I know that much
Ben Wallace is one of his mentors. It’s funny how clowns use an era of players who played like Draymond as the example of what he wouldn’t do 😂😂😂
I thought before this interview he didn't care. Poor thing, he doesn't get it. He has the emotional maturity of a 16 year old. He can't get over a $50,000 fine because it's too much. I can't get over him making over $20 million yearly to put a ball in a basket, yet can't understand that you have to be held accountable for your behavior.
Or resheed Wallace
This victim shit is killing me
Shaq should’ve rolled the footage of curry’s reaction after his last suspension
Seems like he doesn't understand that he has a problem
It’s a difference between on the court and off the court. They’re playing a pro athletic game. It’s competitive it’s a man’s man’s sport doesn’t mean I need help off the court.

Mans doesn’t have any accountability
lol sure
Dude blamed the NBA for the fines. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. Fines needed to be large, if the fines were small it would be a slap on the wrist and players get to break the rules over and over again.
Denial is the biggest impediment to actually getting and receiving help. It's the first lesson I learned when I saw a therapist. The amount of denial in this interview clearly shows Draymond is a long way away from being where he wants to be.
I was a good person in many aspects of my life, and I still did things to hurt other people and myself that needed to be addressed.
Shaq is enabling bad behavior with this "friendship" style interview. If you really care about someone, you point out their flaws and help them understand where they can be better.
Biggest narcissist in sports.
Him and Lebron on clutch sports smh
Almost all NBA HOFers or future HOFers are narcissistic
What bothers me is that he can say he did something, like trying to hit Bron, but he can't say that hitting another grown man in the face, which he has done TWICE, is wrong. Admitting that you made a mistake is part of showing growth.
You and the basketball player are the same person, don’t matter on or off the court how you conduct yourself is a reflection of your character 😂
🎯
Choking punching and slamming people is not how you play basketball so yes you indeed need help 😭
But what reckless thing has he don’t outside of the court
He said he came into the league when this was happening around him and they grew up watching a generation where the game had far more contact than it's become now. Man they would light eachother up. It's become so soft now. It used to be a different world. Go check. Shaq and Chuck went blow to blow with a closed damn fist.

im a big draymond fan as ive loved watching the warriors but man guy seems tone deaf to his own actions at times. he knocked out a teammate and could have caused a brain injury, thats not basketball thats real life consequences.
Draymond has a visible issue with accepting blame. He can't see the reality of a situation from outside his own distorted perception. Dude thinks what he does on the court doesn't give a right for people to judge his character. That is so ridiculous, we judge people based on their actions. If your actions on the court are always involving you getting into fights, flagrant/technical fouls, suspensions, dirty plays, then that says enough about your personality for people to judge you both on and off the court. Then he has the audacity to say NBA players are designed to financially suffer?? This man signed a 4-year $100 million dollar contract, take away taxes and that's still more money almost any human being will ever see. And that's just his latest contract, let alone his career earnings. He talks as if fines and taxes are bankrupting players? 99% of players aren't getting fined cuz they have basic decency on the court. The fact that he sees himself as the victim with zero signs of accountability indicates he really does need help.
Yeah hes completely avoiding accountability you cant compare yourself to jamal thats what his first bad incident?? Draymond kicked multiple ppl in the nuts, choking ppl out, striking teammates, screaming in refs faces. Who you are on the court is apart of who you are off the court. I completly woulda understood if draymond got in their face they just instantly took it to another level because you dont know what draymond might do now youre in a chokehold or a knocked out teammate
Pro athletes having bad financial literacy and terrible spending habits making 8 figure salaries is wild. It's basically winning a lottery every year.
This dude said this job is not set up for us to be financially straight after they are done 😂😂😂 Draymond playing in the NBA is like wining the mega millions lottery every year…WTF u talking about
Depending on how good you are, it's either a scratcher jackpot, Super Lotto, or Mega/Powerball. The point still stands, though
You want to hit people go play football, he is a clown

Draymond you are so wrong for this....SAS defends you too much and I thought he was wrong for sticking for you..when you acted a fool on the basketball court to the point that was too much to ignore..
Naaah... is Draymod seriously complaining and saying that "this work" is set up so that they end up broke? really? when he makes millions playing basketball..... naaah!!!!!!
That honestly was the most disappointing part of the segment. He said he's a different person on the court but now I know the off the court person isn't very accountable either.
Draymond’s comments on this is rediculous. Making over $200 million in career earnings isn’t enough for you? Of course you’re going to get eaten alive in taxes because the wealthy should pay the highest % in tax. Dude has no idea how to build wealth if this isn’t enough for him. Draymond has no appreciation of making way more money than everyone in America, that’s insanity to me!
You broke ppl should prolly worry about common man problems. Draymond a rich black man just talking. This how it is when you make it from the hood. He sounds detached now but dude had it harder than any of y’all in the comments if being real. Which is why you shouldn’t take his recent comments serious. Bro jus yappin for views
@jamiewiggins4204 tax is slavery isn't in God will. We all conditioned to act like it's okay I mean it's still working
Yeah if you're broke after making 200 million, that's your fault.
Bro is delusional, he thinks he's in his prime and he can do whatever and get praised for it, you're not him anymore bro so own up to your actions and stop crying that people are calling you out. How bout getting back in the gym and tryna get better so you help steph who you left for dead basically the whole season while your ass kept getting suspended
Disappointed in Shaq (as most dominant center of all time as well as one of the nices dudes) that he didn't call his bullshit!
I agree 💯. Very bizarre Shaq just shut up. Crazy.
Wonder if Jordan Poole thinks he’s a stand up guy off the court
Apparently Draymond hasn't sought the help he needs. Dude is in denial in the most profound way. It's not about how you play basketball, it's the way in which you hurt people.
dude has never heard of accountability. this must make stomachs turn on the warriors. you can still play the “tough” roll on a team within the bounds of the rules. dude is straight up killing his team on the court and acts like hes doing no wrong. kicking people in the nuts, punching people, choking people amongst other things has nothing to do with basketball. how can you do these things and still pull the victim card is crazy. this is what people mean when they say you need help.
He ain’t no fool. He knows who to mess with. Check out the video when he spun around once and saw Ron Metta World Artest, Draymond stayed real quiet ..🤷🏽
Millionaire complaining about money...is wild to me....
Draymond... SAS been stickin' up for him the most, but as soon as he calls for Draymond to be accountable, all of a sudden they not on good terms..?
This guy is one of the dirtiest players in the game, and he hasn't done anything to change the narrative...
lol to the few people still defending this man, if he choked, stomped on, groin shotted, back handed, kicked you during a basketball game…..MULTIPLE TIMES. You wouldn’t care how good of a dude he is off the court. You would think he was nuts.
I'm a Warriors fan and cant stand his ass. Always someone else fault. He cost us this season too being suspended all those games
Even though they would seed higher, you can't say Warriors were going to make Finals this year. It makes me sad as a fan to see that, but it's still the truth.
Bros mad about people attacking his character….your attacking real people fam wtf
Victim mentality from a guy who sucker punches teammates and carries out violent assaults on the court is just crazy 😂😂😂
A sucker punch is when you punch somebody out of nowhere for no reason or from behind their back when they are not looking, jordan poole pushed him and he retaliated with a punch, poole is a grown as man and nobody knows what was said to take it to that level. Thats what he get for acting tough
@@jhoodkid You make out that push came out of nowhere. He pushed him because Draymond went right in his face so he pushed him off him. A sucker punch is when it’s not expected and he launched himself in to that punch when Poole was completely off guard and not looking to be violent. Funny you pretend the push was an aggressive act when everyone can see it was defensive. I guess Nurkic punch wasn’t a sucker punch either 😏
Imagine what kind of person you have to be to be to defend that thug.
@@CuriusOdus11 if you push me im punching, thats how i was raised
@@jhoodkid Pushed him because Draymond got in his face. It wasn’t an unprovoked push.
@@CuriusOdus11 i never said it was an unprovoked push. I just said it was not a sucker punch. Jordan poole reacted with a push and draymond reacted with a punch. My main thing here is calling it a sucker punch
Regarding the fines, I don't think Draymond Green is completely wrong. Knowing that some of the NBA's best players came from circumstances that are nearly impossible to get out of does change the perspective about fines and the fact that they never know where the money ends up is very sus. That being said, some NBA players wouldn't get fined nearly as much if they just controlled their attitudes. I understand that the game brings out a competitive nature and that sometimes words slip, but you are responsible for your own actions.
He’s in denial, and he is the same exact person. The only differences he can control his environments off the court and has money but under rules and regulations where he has to have discipline, the real him comes out. And then the things that he does do on the court affect people off the court. his victims feel the effect of it off the court as Jordan Poole.
Draymond is delusional lol
Draymond, you literally ko'd your own teammate in practice over some petty back and forth and that stupid decision lead to your team getting bounced out of the second round by a team you should have been able to beat if your team was fully united. The media is gonna do their job and report on what's happening and all the gossip. You get paid tens of millions of dollars to play basketball. Deal with it! You still haven't taken accountability for what you did to Jordan Poole but you sit here and complain about how the rules are against you? The lack of accountability is unfathomable
Steven A acts like everybody supposed to clear the air with him first then speak
Steven A has no room to talk because he’s never played a day of pro ball…Shaq, I hope isn’t condoning Draymond’s actions on the court. Draymond, you done it to yourself and you shouldn’t be playing at all. You can’t physically whip everyone, eventually someone will whoop ya ass
He said it himself, he needed help. Now if someone else says it it’s wrong
His lack of self awareness and accountability is scary. You got kids
Stop crying because you are not set up after basketball.you get millions when playing set up your own.Retirement
lmao i’ve never seen a comment section so united, well done guys.
Is damn lie draymond, SAS always had your back bro wtf!?
Love Dremond but thatz bs Stephen A ain't do him like everyone else did
What a clown... TNT is even worse for continuously having him on.
Draymond has zero accountability, he needs to own up that his recent on court antics was immature and only hurted his team. IMO he's unable to perform like he used so and that pent up frustration is making him lash out at players.
It’s basketball, not MMA draymond. That’d like a MMA fighter complaining why everyone is mad he is dribbling a ball during an MMA fight.
No way did Draymond just say 11:35 “this job is not designed to make us wealthy” 😂😂😂
Draymond is just nuts 😂
In corporate America, when you call someone a name you can be sure that a meeting with HR is coming and depending on your track record you aren’t fined… you’re fired. He clearly hasn’t worked in the real world I see. You punch someone at work at a normal job - you’re not fined… You’re fired, probably have a criminal record, and possibly sued. No one sets you up for retirement in a normal job. You have to prepare for that through either a financial planner or hopefully your company has a retirement system that you pay into out of your existing salary/investments.
This is crazy that he’s 30+ and not self-aware.
Dray just admit … you play prison ball 💯😂😂
Make peace with Stephen A, man. 🙏🏾
The denial is atrocious
TNT needs to get Draymond off their broadcast. He screws it up.
Why is saying “he needs help” a bad thing ? Dude was out of control. 😂😂😂 tf are we doing man. So hard to support the nba sometimes.
This guy is nuts!!!
If draymond focused on shooting as much as his podcast, golden state would have more rings
Shaq should've read the comments and told draymond to explain himself and apologize for his actions and not plat the victim when he is clearly the accused so sad
A sociopath.
Lol he obviously doesn't get it, can't wait for the next incident to hear his explanation

Didn't know what Narcissism ment.. than I listened to this mad dude
Draymond takes a big fat L here. He takes no accountability and just blames others.
Yeah he still doesn’t get
Denial is a horrible disease
I'm a physical player on the court it's no friends but I don't intentionally go out to hurt ppl that's where fights n stuff happen.
Man assault is assault dawg 😂on a court or not u punched ur own teammate ko him and continued to be old draymond it's wild
Saying the nba is designed for the players to not retire wealthy is a level of delusion that I didn’t think was possible even for Draymond Green
Accountability is not in this guys vocab 🙄
EVERYTIME DRAYMOND TALKS=YAWN
He definitely needs help. No accountability here 🤦♀️
And Uncle Shaq just gives Ol Donkey a pass every time smh,no accountability at alllll!😅🍻🍺
Murray didnt kick multiple ppl in the nuts nor choke ppl nor hit their own teammate. That long suspension was needed. After that suspension draymond acted way better. Some people dont learn after the first time.
I think the issue I have with what Draymond is saying, is that there is no accountability for his actions on the court or practices basically. And when you act crazy on the court in front of thousands and thousands of fans, there should be no type of reaction from the people watching. It’s like if someone worked at a regular job, let’s say Starbucks. Every time you go in to order a vanilla chai latte, the worker starts screaming, and punching people in the face. Most people would react and say that person needs help and possibly fired. Now imagine you pay this barista obscene amounts of money, and put them in front of a live audience. It’s called accountability, and to every action there is a reaction.
Whether on the court or off the court, does your actions not speak about your character? 🤔
I just pray he doesn’t get into way more trouble with all these delusions.
Never wild off the court? He knocked out his teammate at practice!
Stephen A shut this down on ESPN already. Lost respect for dray watching this
