Should probably tighten the strut fork to the bushing when the lower arm is in weight-bearing position, it torsions the bushing otherwise and can create an upwards 'lift' effect on the suspension while driving as the twisted bushing tries to unwind. Loving your vids. Found you when I was looking for videos on converting my 2nd gen CR-V to a 6 speed. I have a 5 lug, 36mm axle setup on my Del Sol. Similar to what you did except I used a USDM CR-V (gen 1) knuckle. It came with a hub that took 36mm axles but I replaced the hub with that off an RSX-S. Using RSX-S caliper and rotor as well.
