I see this video and just stare into space as I’m imagining my next day at work and how I really just wish I could be fishing in Florida . I love my life but damn I need to be thinking of how to make time for simple trips like this.
What I like about fishing in The Keys is when it gets snotty outside you can hook up and fish inside.

Now I can tell that Bobcat has made some money. I drove a dump truck and run heavy equipment for 14 years with my dad. He retired and after about 5 years he's back to driving again. He will be 70 years young next month. So proof hard work never killed anyone.

I use your brother’s baby carrot recipe from 4-5 years ago. In a sauté pan add salted butter, brown sugar and carrots. I use medium high heat and keep it moving. Cook and flip until desired tenderness and finish with honey. No water. Always a hit. Loving all the vids, keep it up!

Around here we call it the gift of gab , not everyone has it but I believe you do 😏
Bluegabe sir all u have to do is put salt, cracked or white pepper, a few springs of thyme, 1/4t of crushed coriander seed with the side of your knife, a good hit or honey or maple syrup, and 2Tablespoons butter to say 2 cups carrots and a small splash of water. Bring to the boil cook it with the lid on till the carrots are almost tender. Remove the lid and turn the heat up and cook till the water evaporates and the carrots are glazed.
Gabe I gotta tell ya man I lost the drive to fish after loosing my dad (surf fishing and inshore boat fishing since I was 2 with him) and after watching you with the boys and having a 6 year old of my own has gotten me back to it the fire is there again and your a big part of it. So for as long winded as this is basically I just wanna say thanks man. From a jersey boy to you Florida boy thanks

Hey Gabe, definitely looked like you had a mix of doggies and schoolmasters. Best way to differentiate them is the tell-tale white triangle under the eye that dog snapper have. That very last one you threw in thr bucket for example was a dog.

Brother, I am jealous of all your vids, this one included. Great family time there. For the carrots, also consider adding some cardamom. A little goes a long way and adds another level to the sweeter carrot dishes.

OMG!! I caught a bird in the Keys! Fortunately my daughter was fishing with us and she’s an emergency Vet Tech. She put a barrel hold on the bird while Captain Tori, Big Boii Charters/Marathon, unhooked it. He flew off, no worse for the experience. 💕
