- With our LS4 now getting ALL of that sweet, juicy, fresh oxygen... this marks the very LAST of the major items under our hood off our to-do list!
As some may already now, the LS4 factory intake manifold is ... truly terrible ... but maybe there's something we can do to fix it?
Let's find out!

We’re just a couple of guys (not trained mechanics) who enjoy problem solving, creating new things, and showing you how we did it. We can’t promise that anything we do will work for your project, or that you, someone else, or your warranty will not be harmed or affected by doing it too. Please work responsibly and do not mess around with machinery that you are not comfortable with, even if we made it look easy!
My feed didn't suggest this straight away. I made sure I hit the bell this time ;)
@CZcams doing CZcams things! ... classic! 🙄 Thanks Jeff, hope we can somehow get the two cars together someday buddy! 👊
You won’t regret following this build Jeff, both this and yours are a weekend must watch.
incredible work with that intake tubing!!
Thanks Scott, glad it all worked out in the end! 🥳
With all those angles, tight tolerances and merging radius piping the end result is beautiful, you should be proud.
I’ve seen far more experienced builds end up with far worse piping both practically and visually.
Appreciate it Edwin! 🥳 Pretty pleased with how it turned out, the fit up was decent… could use some more welding skills though!! 😅
Now there's something you don't see everyday... a handsaw for a car build (unless it's a Morgan!). 😂🤣😂🤣 That is some serious fabrication work, tho. I'll bet you could use this video series to get a job just about anywhere. Really impressive stuff.
It worked surprisingly well 😄 Cheers man! ✌️👊
I really was gonna start you a go fund me rather than use that piece of junk inlet manifold. 🤣 Great job guys. 👍
Lol, cheers Steve, glad we eventually came to our senses! 😅💪✌️
@@FanatikBuilds lol I told him the same thing like 20 videos ago. The LS4 intake manifold is absolutely terrible
You may have pushed Superfast Matt off the top step of the "complicated solution to a problem in pursuit of cost savings" event. Congratulations and thanks for a very entertaining episode!
All hail the algorithm.
A few people have responded to the messages in a way that makes me concerned ... trying to clean it all up right now! Wish @CZcams would get on top of this already, it's been an ongoing thing for a while now!
Legends! Awesome that you thought about and tried to use the manifold you got with the engine. Even more AWESOME, was showing that you sometimes have to show the "hurdles". And just go with another option. I'm sure you could have made the original manifold work.....eventually, but at what cost, and loss of time? As for the TIG, dude you are an inspiration! So is your Dad, by the way. Quietly being positive, doing great dad stuff! Again, thank you for sharing, and getting my day off to a Fanatik start!
Sometimes it's good to see the difference between being "penny wise, and pound foolish"! Thanks Brendon, really appreciate it 😊✌️
Nice work as always Michael 👍 No deep puddles, though - eh? 😱 I think you are right to plan to paint the tubing going into the inlet manifold - it has a disturbing HR Geiger look to it at the moment... 😁
Got a plan for the front bumper to help prevent water ingestion - You’re right though, it is low!
Had to look up that guy and I see what you mean… yes, a little paint won’t go amiss 😂
Thumbs up for shiny bits 🙂
Cheers Rob 🥳✌️
Good work! Don't forget some protection against rain and mud for the intake air filters when the sitting that low, or drive only when the sunshine ;-)
And avoid fords at any cost.
Water management will be taken care of with the new front end treatment ... in due course! No fords around here that don't have a blue oval on them ... we tend to build bridges for such situations in Ontario! 😉
I'm a better welder than you, but then you beat me on planning, designing, execution and tenacity.
Chapeau, great episode 👏
Lol, thanks Marcus, I'm sure it doesn't take much to be a better welder than me! 😂
@@FanatikBuilds welding isn't a black art, with secret rituals and initiations, it's just a skill which you get better in by making hundreds of meters of welds.
The number of repetitions you've done has made you very proficient, to master the skill it needs a couple more.
Wonderful project 👌
I love the front page of CZcams bring me new car build series to binge!!!
Glad to hear that! Hope you'll enjoy the rest of the project, and welcome! 🥳✌️
Great work as always. Thanks for the update. Looking good 😄
Cheers man, appreciate it 😊
For not being a professional fabricator, your doing a hell of a job maaan!
Most DIY’ers would come close to attempting this at home. Thanks for showing us that even someone like us can pull off awesome things like you did!!💪🏼🔥🔥🔥👍🏻🙏🏻❤️
Thanks man! It's all very doable with a few tools and the sheer unwillingness to give up! 😂😎👍 Cheers!
Any time I think about crying about the size of my shop I watch one of your videos. Nice work as always. Cheers 🍺🇨🇦👍
If I can ever afford a nice shop of my own someday, I'm going to paint lines on the floor to remind myself of what space we built this in! 😊 Thanks man! 🇨🇦🍻
I swear I JUST looked at the home page for your channel thinking maybe I missed an upload... 10 minutes later, THIS comes up. EXCELLENT... can't wait. Going to watch it now... thanks!!
Nice to have you both back!
Cheers man, glad to get another episode out for ya!
Nice build. I'm not a fan of low air intakes because of the off chance of hitting a puddle and hydro locking your engine.
Cheers Eugene, we'll be taking precautions to avoid that situation! 👍
You never have a problem , only a solution ! It really is "Triumph over adversity" ........sorry !" I wouldn't be at all surprised if you make a mark 2 top air intake at some point .
You know yourself that regarding the welding it really is a case of practise makes perfect but this build doesn't give you that luxury. As always ,your presentation is professional , honest and very watchable . It's a joy and priviledge to be allowed into the inner santum of "FANATIK BUILDS " !! Thanks to both of you .
Really appreciate it John, comments like this are what help me be fired up to keep going!! 😊🙏 All the best to ya!
Y’all are getting a lot of use from that workMate. Bravo to the brain power and ingenuity you’ve displayed.
Haha, I think it's about the same age as me 😂 Cheers man 👍
I don't know what your day job is but you both are excellent fabricators. I think you will beat Binky to an fully running vehicle. Can't wait until the next episode. Keep them coming.
Haha, well, Binky has got to be roughly 95% done at this point, so I'd say there's little chance of that, but it's still good to see progress here! This is my day job these days ... wish I could recommend it but CZcams has changed over the years and it's a long slow growth! Still hopeful though 🤞 Cheers Darrell!
I can't express how inspiring it is to watch you and your dad building that awesome car together in a tiny garage with limited tools. This is some of the best automotive work on CZcams, and I'd rather watch this than any of the "pro" builds in million-dollar shops. Re your TIG welding, your welds are better than 99.9% of the haters who would criticize them. I think you can be rightfully proud of that intake, even if it does end up with a little Bondo and paint. I think it'll look fantastic painted to match the body. Keep up the great work!
Thanks very much 😊, I agree that it should look pretty decent with some paint splashed on it later! Appreciate the encouragement, cheers 🥳👍
I'm so IMPRESSED!!! Perseverance pays off big time! For me, I'd polish the intake two-into-one, forget the fill-and-paint, and rejoice in a job very well-done!
Cheers Tom, it's really appreciated 😊
This was a REALLY satisfying episode - one of those 'milestone' ones where it seems like essential pieces are finally coming together and you're no longer taking two steps backwards to make three forward. Watching the steps to mate up those two 3" pipes to the 4" intake was very cool - thanks for showing that in such details. SO excited to see this run for the first time, I'm sure it's going to sound epic!!
Really appreciate it James and I'm glad we could share our progress with ya! Counting down the days till we can fire it up ... I sure hope you're right! 😉
@@FanatikBuilds you might have a few fans at your doorstep when you fire her up
I love the problem solving without just throwing money at it, great job
Cheers man, it's kind of a necessity rather than feature though! 😂
been thinking of you two, i hope everybody is staying healthy , as always , looking forward to your avances on the triumph.
Doing well on the whole Jeff, thanks! Hope the same is true for you!
Your welds look good for a first time. By now you figured out that thin Aluminum is the hardiest thing you can weld successfully. Great job!
It quickly became my least favourite medium to work with, for sure! 😂 Thanks Mark!
@@FanatikBuilds it my favorite type of welding . Next time you walk alum.tack it and start at the ends as it gets hotter the end get the hottest.have fun
Great job you have done there pal , aways look forward to your updates 👍
Thanks man, glad we can continue to do this! 🙏
Speaking of the 'Pro shows,' I'm hoping that some network picks you guys up. I would be awesome for you guys to be able to do this full time. Maybe I'm just being selfish not wanting to wait so long between episodes.... But its always well worth the wait!
Means a lot man, thanks! 😊 As it happens, I am doing this full time already ... but it's not quite working out. Trying to find some sort of income on the side while I wait for @CZcams to finally push us in front of the right audience ... but a production team would certainly help get these out faster!! 😂 Wouldn't want to leave CZcams altogether though, I hate when shows I enjoy disappear behind pay walls. If @Hagerty reached out, I'd be very ok 😊
nice work as always. few things that might help you is try to throw the lead over your shoulder so it's not pulling your hand down while welding and with aluminum throw a couple extra tacks on the edges to build up the material then you won't have blow outs
Appreciate the tips Kevin - thanks! 👊👊
Great stuff as always, one of your strongest videos to date, good luck with the next steps.
Think you'll have it running for Christmas?
Well thanks Andrew, glad you enjoyed it! 😊 Ha, that would be great, but alas there's a lot to do before it'll run ... including putting the whole engine back together! That will happen closer to the end, can't wait!
Those clearances and routing sent chills up my spine but sometimes ya gotta do what works rather than what you want. For an "in the home garage" piece of fabrication your stuff is great. Merging pipes isnt as easy as most folks think it is . Great job !!!
Appreciate it Phil, it sure was tight in places, but glad it all worked out in the end! Cheers 🥳🍻
Love the build it's going to be sweet. I want to build more cars exactly like this as old roadsters and Porsches are my favorite cars out there.
The more the merrier as far as I'm concerned! 🥳 Cheers man!
The work you do and the solutions you come up with are truly amazing!!! And the presentation is absolutely top notch... Somebody ought to syndicate all these episodes for a TV show of some kind. Amazon, Netflix... ALL of them should come a callin....
Naa- all of them would re edit to create more friction between Fanatik and dad, have environmental disasters and stupid- get a Canadian network with a BBC heritage! FR
Haha, I think Fred is right ... I'd be game for Hagerty to jump on board though 😂 Thanks Tyler, means a lot!
Unmatched display of technical noodling, seriously, the level of detail shown in problem solving this project is extraordinary. Thanks
Means a lot Chris, thank you 🥳
First, I guess I have never seen somebody work so hard to justify cutting up that junk from the drop plastic manifold- hope you had a blast doing it! Some days "project sanity" just wants a little raw destruction! On your welding; 41 years ago, I had to learn how to weld and attain a pipe welder's certification to complete my plumbers and steamfitters apprenticeship; I have eye problems and the bright actintic flashes gave me headaches and grief, but I persevered to complete it. I "can weld", but it is far from a pretty experience- my state examiner said he had never seen so ugly a weld pass the strap test! I have no clue about aluminum. But you do, and as you say, when the cameras aren't there to record your calumny, you do better. I think just practicing on scraps will get you there- you already have the truly hard part, the fitting, well in hand, and give yourself nice tight joints and the best chance of a good weld. And there is no substitute when somebody asks you "who built it" for saying "I did and every lousy weld is mine- how does yours look?".
BTW, Binky seems to be buggered at about 95%; you may finish first of right behind the Shropshire Boys! It is looking good, and I expect zoom zoom noises any day now! FR
Haha, cheers Frederic! 😂 Appreciate the laugh and encouragement! 🥳🙏 All the best to you!
Still the best YT channel. I just wish you had enough viewers to put out more videos. Keep up the amazing work.
Means a lot man, thanks, I'm glad you're enjoying our antics 🥳
@@FanatikBuilds I am. This is going to be an amazing car, and I'm really happy, you can share this experience with your dad. I'm sure you will treasure this forever. Greetings from Sweden.
@@GGCartman All the best from Canada! 🇨🇦 🥳👍
Production quality just went up a notch! Nice camera work, editing and music 👌
Appreciate it Stuart, glad you noticed the effort 😊🙏
You guys are wizards! the wait for the next episode was worth it after seeing the progress of the build. Nice one!
Cheers Frank 😊 I know I always say this, but hopefully not as long of a wait next time!
Nice work! I love all of the amazing engineering work you do! That was some seriously impressive pipework to make that all fit. I'd like to think that somewhere there's a British Leyland engineer looking at the work you're doing and saying to himself, "I could have had a V8!"
Cheers man 😊 I also would like to think if BL was still around, they'd have something a bit like this in their roster!
@@FanatikBuilds - That would be cool indeed. I've always liked the looks of British sports cars, but most of them seem a bit weak in the power department. I like to think that your awesome build is a kind of "what if" tribute to what might have been if BL's engineers had been given some more freedom (and money). Kudos! Keep up the good work, it's coming along great!
@@N1RKW Really appreciate it man, thanks 😊🙏💪
I've just watched the series from start to finish yesterday and today and I am pissed... Why on earth did it take THIS LONG for youtube to recommend your channel? It is 100% up my alley. The build is inspired, I love the idea of sourcing all your components from the most obscure of vehicles. Your budget looks like it's realistic for the everyday person, although getting the vehicle in the first place post covid may be another story. You seem to be truly learning everything from scratch and having a crack, much like Home Built By Jeff - though, do you have an engineering or mathematical background at all? Or is there just a huge amount of time and research going into everything? On top of all that, your reference to the other youtube greats in the automotive scene is perfect. You seem to have excellent taste!
Most importantly is the wholesome, and entirely human aspect to your content. You seem to have a fantastic relationship with your dad and I envy you. I lost my dad a few years back, and when I got to the episode where you mentioned your dad had had a stroke, my heart was in my throat. It's nothing short of fantastic that he has recovered with no deficits. I hope it's given him the drive to make those lifestyle changes he needs because the longer he's around, the more quality time you can spend together like you demonstrate - treasure it.
I do hope youtube recommending this means they're finally pushing your videos to the audience they deserve. You deserve a lot more subscribers.
Absolutely can't wait for the next installment, thank you!
Well dang, thanks Chris! After doing "CZcams full time" for almost 3 years now, I still have no idea how it works... I'm sure there's something I could be doing differently, but I'm glad you at least found us eventually! Here's hoping you're right and there's finally a breakthrough in the offing! Ha, yes, although these aren't crazy expensive cars just yet, they do seem to have come up in value quite a lot since we got ours... there's been a few nice ones on bring a trailer that sold for $30k+! Though this one was of course a basketcase 😂 Your kind words are really appreciated, and I'm very sorry to hear of the loss of your own father ... I do indeed cherish the time with my own. All the best to ya and I hope to see you again in future videos! Cheers 🥳👊
Great progress and neat work, well done!
Thanks Baron! Hope you’re well 😎✌️
@@FanatikBuilds very well thank you mate.
Did you contemplate a single air filter just in front of the throttle body being fed by a bonnet scoop or naca duct?
Good to hear! Didn't want to make any holes in the hood - some louvres in the factory Mk1/2 locations are the only exception! If I had my druthers, we would have used a slightly shorter radiator, and passed the intake over the top like a C5/6 Corvette ... oh well, this'll have to do! 😁
@@FanatikBuilds excellent. Just plumbing, fuel system, wiring, prep, paint, trimming, mapping and setup to do now eh? Just! 😂 Ready for spring?
Lol, yep, "just" all that! Plus, pedals, steering, seats, trans tunnel, firewall, trunk floor, bodywork, and a few other things!! 😂 Would LOVE to have it painted by the end of next year ready for the roads in 2024 🤞
the quintessential "making it fit" project. that intake is really really impressive, I'm amazed.
Thanks man, a tight squeeze but we got there in the end! 😅
That intake is a thing of beauty.💯 once the car is completed, you won't even notice those little bits.👍
Thanks Simon, really appreciated man 🥳👊
Man i miss back in the day working on my 69' gt6+ with my dad.
Well done young man looking great cherish this time with your dad
Thanks Denis, will do 😊
Huge respect for tacking a very difficult fab job on the intake plumbing. Gaining new skills always requires a dose of humility. Do you have plans to fabricate a front air dam/splitter?
Thanks Miles, yes, the whole lower front end will incorporate some aero + water management designs!
I was wondering how this project was coming along. Great progress, well worth the wait. I have learned to be patient. Your opening statements were so true. Keep up the great work.
Thanks man, appreciate the patience and glad it was worth the wait! 😊🙏
I am welding student at a logal trade school in my area. Aluminum TIG is the hardest process of TIG welding to learn. Your beads on the top side are really good.
Really appreciate that Zachary - thanks! 😊👍
So ... let's place guesses on how long those last few welds will last? Eh? ... Special thanks to our awesome Patreons for the support! www.patreon.com/FanatikBuilds
The last few weeks will last until you decide to fit a tesla motor instead. :)
within 1o minutes 😁
If your budget could stretch to Ceramic coating maybe get the pipes covered
Not all strong welds are pretty, and not all pretty welds are strong. The couplers will dampen the vibrations, as well. I'm willing to bet you'll be perfectly fine.
Looking amazing, how you joined the tubes. I am glad to have seen this video.
I'm glad you post things as they are as opposed to editing it out. It makes it a reality check for those who think everything always works perfect.
And don't be ashamed of anything you're doing. Because unlike most who would criticize, you're *doing*, and that is awe inspiring in itself.
Life is hardly perfect, but that's not what social media would have you think! Thanks man, really appreciate the encouragement!🥳🍻
Love it. It's actually a little bit more satisfying for me to see you overcome the challenges especially with welding aluminium... I think there's nothing wrong with some filler and paint to make it look crisp. Honest work and good problem solving! All hail the algorithm!
Thanks man, I also enjoy when the smaller details aren't just overlooked ... way too many TV car shows just show the finished product but there's usually a lot of learning and mistakes that are made along the way, so I'm glad you feel the same! Agreed, some paint will tie it in nicely with the rest of the plans for under the hood 😊 cheers, and #allhailthealgorithm !!
Wow---just WOW! It so nice to see you guys back at it.
Thanks man, glad to get another episode out for you guys 🥳👍
Fantastic content really enjoyed! cant wait to see the outcomes.. and HEAR IT!
With you there! Can't wait 😎🎉 Thanks!
For $12 you could have purchased a 4" Y connector in ABS or sheetmetal. The ABS version has two 2-1/2" inlets that you could slip your 3" pipe over or run smaller 2-1/2" for more clearance. The sheetmetal one has three 4" outlets you could adapt down to 3".
Love this build and your video style! Glad you’re back, hope you’re all good!
Thanks Ruaraidh, always great hearing from you! Hope all's good on your end as well 😊✌️
Great car building skills and great video editing skills too. Just can't understand why the youtube gods don't look more favourably on you, you deserve far more viewings than you are getting

Commenting from England 🇬🇧
Brilliant work, it will be the car that British Leyland should have made.
I envy you for the father/son relationship you enjoy, that I no longer have, since my father died in 2008.
I still think you will be on the road before Bad Obsession iron the creases out of Binky!
Kindest regards.
Thanks Alan, very kind of you to say. I'd like to think if BL was still around, they'd have something a bit like this in their roster! As for beating BOM though... I have a feeling we may have a few creases of our own!! 😂 All the best from Canada! 🇨🇦👍
@@FanatikBuilds Thanks for your kind reply.
I'm on the fence regarding the fitting of a Tesla motor to your car, as suggested elsewhere in the comments. However, you the Bad Obsession boys need to get finished, before the dinosaur juice runs out!
I would love to see a good electric conversion to a GT6 or a Spitfire, but not yours!
Stay happy!
No Tesla motor in this thing for as long as I can prevent it! I don't think all gasoline cars will be banned in my lifetime ... new ones yes, they're working on that already ... but if they do that, it'll save some fuel for the rest of us! ... who knows though... guess we can always convert to hydrogen-combustion if need be later! 😂✌️
A nice thing to know about LS engines is that the inlet manifold will fit on backwards which can make routing pipework & general packaging easier when there isn't much room around the front of the engine. Bit late now though!
you beat me to the suggestion by 34 minutes.
It appears that would work, but that's only because the firewall modifications haven't started yet! All in due course 😊✌️
The intake looks really good. I would anodize it and leave the surface as is. It is handmade and perfect.
Thanks Toni - neat idea to anodize instead of paint! 👍
Absolutely stunning symmetric results. 👍👍😎👍👍 I've seen so many 'professional' installations that were so embarrassingly bad .... especially compared to some smart guy in his cold Canadian garage with a basic zip wheel for cutting and a workmate for a cutting and welding bench. BRAVO
Thanks Joel, quite happy with how it turned out 😊 Cheers!
I’ve had a great idea! (With the power you are going to have), you can tow a big motor home behind your little car ha ha! Wonderful work boys, live long and prosper! 👍🇬🇧
Haha, who needs a truck to haul the project car, when the project car can haul itself! 😂 A teardrop trailer would actually look pretty cool behind this thing! Cheers Phil, all the best! 🇨🇦🙏
That was well worth waiting for. Coming along nicely chaps. Enjoyed every minute. 👍🇬🇧🏁

That's an absolutely ridiculous solution. Love it.
The world is a little better with some ridiculousness in it! 😉
Enjoyed watching the collector come together!
Glad to hear it, thanks! 😊👍
Great job on the intake system . Love the GT 6 ,my oldest brother had one when I was a teenager and he put some kind of aluminum spacers between the hub and the wheel in order to mount 7in Chevy Vega wheels and fat little tires. That thing cornered like a go kart.
Thanks Rich, they are great little cars, just under-tired like so many other 70s cars! Really pleased with how the new meats are looking on this one 😊 Cheers!
I've watched alot of these type videos and this is by far one of the best l've seen.
Very informative, fun to watch and basic level of engineering.

Absolutely love the way you get past any issue and always move on. Very inspiring!
Thank you.
Can't wait to see more.

I was literally thinking of you guys yesterday!
Great episode as always!
Hope your dad is still doing good 🙂
Greetings from the norse.
Cheers buddy, he's doing well, thanks! Hope the same is true for you 😊👊
Welcome back!
I really like DBW, you can implement a lot of strategies, idle control, "valet mode". in my opinion safer than a cable that can bind, and easier to implement that routing a cable.
Why not install the intake to the back of the engine and do the intake through the scuttle?
Absolutely! I would have liked to stay DBW, but as for the reasons of cost/performance I mentioned, it just didn't play out. Reverse mount is factory for the LS4 actually, but it wouldn't clear our future changes to the firewall area... all in due course! Cheers! 🥳👍
@@FanatikBuilds What i though, that car has very little space for brake and HVAC stuff. I know here everything happens for a reason!!
This build is progressing wonderfully. Those engine bay clearances are just insane!!
I do wonder if the routing of the inlet piping will affect the cooling fan draft, or cause some heating up of the piping affecting the intake air temps.
Also, please indicate if your OCD is tempting you to shroud the inlet filters.
All in all, awesome content and I cant wait for the next episode.
Thanks man, the clearances were a bit tedious but we got there in the end I guess! There's still lots of room for the fan to evacuate air though so I'm not concerned about that at all... the heating up of the pipes is true, though since it's sucking in cold air in the first place the slight rise in temps after making it to the throttle body shouldn't be anything to worry about. A bit less power isn't the end of the world! Ha! Yes, we are going to shroud them off properly later 😊 hope you'll enjoy what's to come!
@@FanatikBuilds im definitely going to be looking out for the next episodes as i have a soft spot for these restomod type builds. I also enjoy the fact that you and your dad work together to make everything seem oem or oem plus. I'm not entirely sure what the scope of the build is but i agree in not sweating the intake cooling if its just for street/daily use. Thanks for the feedback btw.
Thanks again man, we're going for street/weekend use! 🍻
Heyyy, that was me who offered you the LS1 manifold :-) Glad you found something else that will work better than that god awful LS4 intake.
Hey thanks again for the offer man, it was appreciated! Now you know what our thoughts were at the time though 😊 ... too bad it didn't work out, but the new unit should be pretty good! ✌️
You’re awesome. It’s an honor to watch you work. Rare to watch such a smart and determined mind complete very difficult tasks while producing high tier content.

Sounds like a good evenings watching! Thanks man! 😊✌️
Very impressive! Especially the 2x3” to 4” adaptor
Thanks Ronald, was quite happy how that little part came together! 😊
That's a neat job on the intake. Crackle black finish perhaps? 🤔
Is there enough flex in the connectors/bushes to absorb the rocking moment of a 400bho V8?
Very happy to see this giant leap forward. Congrats on solving the cold air conundrum👍👌
Got some ideas for how we can finish up a bunch of stuff under the hood ... hopefully will look pretty cool! Yes, we should be good that way ... the engine/trans are mounted on poly bushes, so what motion there is, should be handled by the joiners and rubber mounts on the intake. Cheers Guy! 😊✌️
Nice work Michael, IMO there's nothing wrong with those welds so don't let all those Instagram welders make you ashamed of your work!
Haha, cheers David, appreciate it 😊 hopefully they'll hold up! 🤞
Outstanding video as usual! I am always so excited for your updates. Looking forward to the next installment!
Thanks Michael, more to come (hopefully sooner for once)!
Well. That’s one of the coolest intakes I’ve ever seen. Those dual filters kinda look like tusks sticking out the bottom!
🦣 Don't think it'll be much of a restriction eh! 😉 Cheers Justin, appreciate it!
Every video you upload makes question all over again if I should leave my Spitfire stock or follow in your footsteps!
That new intake and exhaust look amazing!
Thanks Brian, appreciate it man! 🥳
Great to watch the fabrication process
Please disregard that post Dean ... we've been hit by a lot of spam today. Trying to clean it all up now!! Please see our community tab post for more detail!
I didn't get a notification on this episode. Glad I found it...great work. Also, the innovation involved with creating cardboard radiator hoses is genius. lol 400hp in that is going to be a handful.
Geez @CZcams ... you can't even push it out to our SUBSCRIBERS?? 🤦♂️ Glad you found it Jay! Always good hearing from ya and hope all's going well!
I just found you guys, cool project!
If you want, there is always the option of fabricate a polished plate to cover the "Y".
Keep it up!
Welcome, glad you found the project! Yes another viewer even mentioned getting our logo machined into that which could be pretty interesting - food for thought, thanks! 😊👍
Crazy timing, but there's a guy posting on the LS Swap group on FB today asking about the LS4 intake! So I linked your new vid, LOL! Hopefully it gets you some views. I really enjoy watching your project, keep it up.
Hey thanks man! Appreciate it 🥳👊
I know you didn't ask for my opinion... but wow, just a box out front of that manifold would have made those two tube join-ups much easier 😛Good to see/hear Dad in there... you guys are really starting to head into the home stretch now!
Haha, but this was way more tedious and annoying! 😬😂
This video showed up on my feed and I just HAD to watch and subscribe. This build looks incredible, keep up the hard work! Much love from Texas!
So glad you found it Lucas! Welcome to the project and I hope you'll enjoy what's to come! All the best from Ontario 🇨🇦😎
That was definitely worth the wait!
Glad to hear Ron, thanks! 😊
I could watch these all day, thank you Fanatiks!
More than welcome! Glad they're enjoyable 😊🥳
