As a Schaumberg Lipper I was a mere peasant barely scrapping by in the beginning of the year of the lord of 1836. But when Prince Laith gathered us at the square and said he would unite Germany, I was the first to raise my trusted shovel of war. As I trained in the Barracks with my fellow Schaumberg Lippers, I felt at home, those guys were my family. Unfortunantelly, my unit suffered heavy losses on our first battle and I was crippled. So I could only watch on CZcams as Prince Laith led us to greatness and became Emperor Laith.
Waldeck is actually smaller, AND it has the German flag as it’s flag for some reason so I always gone with them whenever I do a Germany game

The smallest one would probably be Schwarzburg if it was divided into the Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt and Schwarzburg-Sondershausen, which they consolidated in the game to avoid even more cancerous bordergore. There's a mod on Steam though that adds ALL the missing German minors, including splitting Hohenzollern and adding at least one more Saxony they omitted.

Oh sweet. Everytime i travel to my grandparents we always drive through this area. Seen the actual Schaumburg/Schaum castle many Times on a small hill close to the road. So this feels kinda like watching you play a second home of mine

As an elderly resident of Schaumberg-Lippe, the town, I can say I remember back when President Kaiser Laith was but a young boy. Always obsessed with those "maps" of his, them "Victorias" and "Seekays" he called them... always was a strange boy...

That's cool, did a playthrough as Schaumburg-Lippe a while back too... Oddly one of the more fun playthroughs I've had.
I decided to follow in your footsteps as a modern day Lippian and go back in time to form Germany, so far so good, lost one timeline to hungry soldiers and massive debt. Now reporting from 1845 and I have almost crunched through my interest enough to let the construction workers back at work. Hanover conquered, next Oldenburg and Bremen. Wish me luck, timeline one Lippebois.

Okay, for some reason this Schaumburg-Lippe has been moved from its original place slightly west of Hanover about 100km westward - it's even west of Bielefeld. Which is a shame since the original SL controlled the Steinhuder Lake where they built a Fortress right in the lake to controll the area. Great place to visit. Now it seems like SL has been moved to Westphalia since that area is nice too, I guess. Oh well, Laith is gonna conquer it all anyways. Still weird for paradox to completely butcher those regional states.
I love playing small nations in Vic 3 because allying larger powers and being in their market means more than say, EU4 where you’re just waiting for favors to stack so you can do something

I recently moved from the province of Sayn, just south to Schaumberg-Lippe. What a quaint town it is, yet still so full of life. I was not expecting this man, Laith, to arrive, speaking of uniting Germany using our untrained hands to start it. Yet, just a few good years later, with him at the helm, we're doing alright.
As a fellow Schaumberg Lipper, I can only think back to when our glorious leader Laith Fairhair not only lead us to greatness but also moving on to the small golf state of Bahrain where he had a grand old time and did not suffer for our entertainment, whatsoever!

I remember when Schaumburg Lippe used to just have one factory. Times were great then, I'd go work in the factory, then go home and be able to relax. Now everyone has to slave away all day for all these various different factories, and our standard of living has just tanked.
