Australia Decides was no doubt the best NF this year in terms of the quality of songs. Before the contest I had Electric Fields as my favorite and then KMH as my 2nd favorite. Then it came to the performances, and that's where KMH won. Zero Gravity was a complete, and well thought out package with amazing vocals skills. Electric Fields' song was the perfect mix between tribal and electro sounds, but it made the same mistake as Jessica Mauboy where the solo tribal dance just end up looking like a madman choreography on TV (note: I 100% respect bringing the tribal things on the Eurovision stage Norway was my fav this year). It was brutal to see Electric Fields not winning, but at the end of the day, KMH deserved to go to Tel Aviv. After winning the NF, she kept what worked and ditched every drawback she had. She already amazing vocals were further improved, she ditched the overused dress and took on a dementor pole herself, and she changed the way she sing the last verse to make it less repetitive. These hard work paid off and she was the clear winner of semi 1 in Tel Aviv and she got top 10 results for her country without sending a jury bait radio friendly song that we got tired of in Eurovision. To end with a good note, even Electric Fields didn't win, they are now known in Australia and beloved by the Eurovision fandom. I would love to see them return to Australia Decides with the same magic that they have given us this year and I wish the best of luck to them.
5:53 How could you let that ghost go through?!! 😂😂😂 Absolutely the funniest comment of Eurovision Hub in 2019! 😁
😂😂😂😭😭😭😭😭I WAS LITERALLY CRYING SHE FULLY CALLDD HER A GHOST
Really couldn't choose between Zero Gravity and 2000 and Whatever
One of (if not the) best national selections of the year. If only a few other countries took Eurovision as seriously as Australia does (I'm looking at you UK)
Its such a unique package. I really wish it went to Eurovision only because I wanna hear it everywhere and blowing up on spotify
Send them internally next year
Great reaction video! One of the best entries in a national final in my opinion! Please react to Aly Ryan-Wear Your Love
My personal winner this year 😍
I recall the televote gap between Kate Miller-Heidke and EH was close, and likewise with the jury.
It could have gone either way.
After seeing what happened to portugal this year , i feel like it was a safe choice to send zero gravity. This song is way too good for eurovision
We sent Zero Gravity because Kate connects to the camera where as Electric Fields couldn't connect with the cameras, their performance was more for the arena audience.
Not sure if this is an Electric Fields reaction video or a throw shade at Kate Miller-Heidke video…
Martin Rogers no shade, but this is so much better than Zero Gravity.
@@vicparaleigos Zero Gravity won semifinal 1 of Eurovision 2019 and placed ninth at the grand final. It did so much better than expected. Haters can keep their f**king mouth shut!!
@@BradyHuangful nice, but the fact is that no one f*cking ask you, keep it to yourself. Eurovision will ALWAYS place the same shitty ass pop songs in higher positions. That's a fact. You just have to look to this year's winner. So forgettable and irrelevant.
@@vicparaleigos
No one ask for your f**king opinion!!!
Zero Gravity won the Australian national final with the highest amount of jury scores and televotes.
Facts are facts.
Zero Gravity >>>>> 2000 and Whatever.
PERIODTTT.
@@BradyHuangful periodttttt
For some reasons i'm thinking of Portugal while watching this video !!
My top reactors from this video:
1. Louise
2. Chloe "I enjoy this so much more" x100
3. Noosh: very analytical feedback
4. Luke "It's kinda like marmite"
5. Dylan/ Iago
(This is my own personal opinion😄)
*Please react to :*

🇨🇿 True Colours - Barbora Mochowa
Wow, that was awesome
I love both 2000 and Whatever and Zero Gravity, but I think they made the right choice sending Kate Miller-Heidke, it's my favourite of this year!

Dzenan Loncarevic (Serbia)

Electric Fields needs to come back with a more EPIC song like this.
Eurovision Hub: They Should have sent this!!!!
Me: *Shrugs* I'm over it actually *8r3Ak$ K
This would of blown up at Eurovision so gutted they didn't go through, just saw them live at Womadelaide, was a party!!!!
Andreia: *Completely roasts Kate-Miller Hiedke for the entire video*
She is portuguese, no ofense but they quite don't get eurovision while Australia does
ROASTED
@@teddytete.mp3 wooh, nice one!
It’s fine to love Electric Fields, they were fantastic - but that’s no reason to diss KMH and Zero Gravity, one of the great all-time Eurovision performances.
@@HaagenDaaz1972 Yeah, she definitely proved me wrong. The team really worked to literally make her performance out of this world.
I listen this song at least once a day 😍😍😍😍. I don't get bored of this song. Yasss
The Spanish dude is crazy for not loving this bop!!!
Same, I wanted to throw him my coffee haha.
after seeing how much Kate's stage improved, I prefer her by a mile
Was Andreia drunk?! 😂
I love Duncan Laurence BUT THIS WOULD HAVE WON EUROVISION, I'M STILL SO MAD!!
Do y'all really think this would've done well with either the jury or the public? There's just no way.
Absloutly right like conan osires
I'm from Australia and I was really annoyed when Kate Miller-Heidke won. Honestly adding an Indigenous language to this song lifts it as well as the performance is so fun and bubbly. Hopefully they come back next year to Australia Decides to win it!
First time I've heard it and it's such a bop! I love it, and it's definitely way more my style than Zero Gravity, so I also would have preferred Australia to send this song. However, I don't know if it would have scored as highly as Zero Gravity, because the staging for that song was incredible, and it was extremely different to the other entries. Still, I guess we'll never know...unless Electric Fields come back next year?
2000 and whatever would be such a good entry for Eurovision. It would end up top 10 most likely. Really good song, and I don't want even start talking about the aboriginal language. History would have been made :(
Maybe next year, it would be great :D
@@catherinenickson yes, sadly 🤕
To be honest some people thought France was gonna do really well, and possibly win but that didn't happen. So I kinda feel the same for Electric Fields? I think they would've done worse to be honest Than Kate... But I still love it oof.
Electric Fields song was better in my opinions, but Kate's staging was better., Kate had me shook with the staging. Oh well, I hope they apply to go to eurovision next year!
This needed to be said
@@ESC_jackqulen oof thanks i guess x
What i noticed that the second places perform for example this and slovenia
I was waiting so bad for this video. Really so so so bad for this video. Because Australia you lost a big big big opportunity. Damn it. I'm still angry because Electric Fields didn't go to Eurovision...
Can't wait for you guys to do Germany!!!
I love 2000 and Whatever but... I really prefer Zero Gravity. They wouldn't have done better that the 9th place of Kate.
Can you do Sheppard?
Please can you react to other song of the preselection of Czech Republic 2019
Please React To Ukraine National Selection Freedom Jazz Cupidon
Kate Miller-Heidke did better than expected. Receiving 131 points from the televotes is a good sign since Australia doesn't have any neighbors. Now the haters can keep their f**king mouth shut.
Electric Fields' performance was way too messy that it could possibly end up like Telemoveis, a fan favourite flop.
U r totally right
Do the German national final. Wear Your Love is a bop
I think this song is good, I like it more than Zero Gravity but I think Zero Gravity is more... enjoyable for me in the long run. I can't decide 😆
electric fields - 2000 and whatever, should have won
I agree 2000 Whatever should have won!
I love both Electric Fields and Kate but I do believe 2000 and Whatever could've won.
Obviously, they reacted to this before the actual contest occurred. Because Kate redeemed herself with the staging. I wanna know Chloe and that Portuguese girl's reaction to Kate's actual performance in Eurovision. I'm just triggered that you uploaded this after the contest, where her criticism's are then mostly reverted to praise.
Chloe still didn't like it. Just go to her CZcams channel. She even wishes Kate to flop.
@@BradyHuangful but in the end. She didn't.
Pls react to German National selection
Aly Ryan - Wear your love
Or
Lilly among clouds- surprise
Here we go again with the hate for Zero Gravity.
I wasn't a fan of the reaction but that's just because it brought back memories of how people underestimated Kate and all the negative vibes KMH got because most people preferred Electric Fields. But I know that Australians are very proud to have send KMH (as you know both televote and juries agreed with KMH). And while I like Electric Fields it would have definitely been a fan flop at least in the grand final. Australia didn't necessarily send something they thought could win but rather something they knew would be memorable and proud off. Regardless I'm glad to have given Australia my points. Love from France my Aussie friends ❤
Okay be realistic the song is great but he was flat and pitchy in this performance but I'm sure they would have improved their vocals
Thanks for this reaction. I LOVE IT. PLEASE REACT TO Freedom Jazz- Cupidon (VIDBIR 2019)
Their other songs are great as well. Shade Away, Nina Simone, Ornament and Pukulpa
Can you react to Romanian national to Laura bretan
Yeah, gurl! They already picked what to react already a long time ago.
But I do hope they do react to Laura. IDK if she is part of the EuroHub List of OGAE
Please react to Laura Bretan - Dear Father from Selectia Naționala.
Barbora Mochowa - True colours (Czech Republic please
I'm Still don't get why they don't won
They would have won in Tel Aviv!
Everyone fighting over if Electric Fields or Kate was better.
And I was just here lonely rooting for Sheppard and Alfie Arcuri.
I like Sheppard song too :) and is sad that he didn't go to Tel Aviv instead.
@@Kinga1520 yea true
El chico español es tan aburrido como las canciones de españa en Eurovision... 2000 and whatever best song ever !
Representa totalmente el gusto musical de España😂😂😂
This was fantastic in Australia
Electric Fields are fabulous, as were Sheppard who finished 3rd.
Both would have done better in Tel Aviv, guaranteed!!!!!!
Sheppard would finish bottom 6as jessica mauboy with thier cheesy song and this would ve finish made table cuz jury destroy uniqe songs(remeber conan osires finished last with jury)so kate was the best choice
Australia just shouldn't make choices. This perfectly proves, that they're not good at it.
Thats why they finished top10with both jury and televote unlike ur entry who got 7points with televote and for many years u couldnt qualify to finale
Australian Jurry knew they were top favourite so they gave them the lowest points. Same happened this year in Denmark, Germany and few other countries. Check Danish 2019 runner up from Greenland: Julie & Nina "League of light". They won public vote.
What are you on? They came second with both jury and televote.
Oh, damn it. I'm still crying because of this. Electric Fields killed it, they could be top 3 even win Eurovision, But nope, you sent the extra of Circus du solei.
Top 3? With that messy and all over the place performance? Good luck with that! You've got strong competitions from The Netherlands, Italy, Russia, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, North Macedonia, Azerbaijan and Iceland. Australia did the right thing by choosing Zero Gravity. It won semifinal 1 and ended up at 9th place, which totally exceeds expectation!!! Some brainless id**ts even predicted that Kate will not qualify.
Please react to blue jeans and bloody tears, a Eurovision song written by AI (from sweaty machines)!
Do true colors
We all know that Australia made one of the biggest mistakes this year... maybe the biggest.
Love you EF, hope for you next year...
Kate still finished top 10, so it's not that big of a mistake, Germany, Montenegro, Romania, Hungary, Latvia and Lithuania were definitely bigger mistakes
I don't think 2000 and Whatever would've done much batter than Zero Gravity. From 9th place upwards, perhaps they could've beat North Macedonia and Azerbaijan but that's it, everyone else were either big fan favorites, well known artists or, well, Sweden lol. Plus their staging wouldn't have been as impressive.
Kate was better
Boring song
Yes !!! They are better than Kate ...
