I hope the guys that are going to install my standing seam metal roof using Sheffield coils are going to cover in a similar way , protecting the boot. They start on my roof on Friday May 8 2020.
How did it go? Did they cover the vent pipe the same way?

Do metal roofs interfere with wifi?
As I mentioned on your other comment, I have never heard of a metal roof interfering with a home's WiFi signal that originates from inside the building. -Thad
