Another great video Will, especially when it's on my local trails. Great to see Sam absolutely shredding it, wish I could send it that fast :) The camera doesn't pick up just how steep and sketchy this place is, enter light speed is a big drop!
Interesting Sam mulleted his stereo, I have the same bike, what's it like on the climbs now, it's an amazing bike but a little head light on stock wheels.

Nice frame colour, I just got the 160 action team on Saturday and added sam hill nukeproof pedles in the oil slick flip paint looks really good

just received mine in black and noticed the gap in the motor cover - left side. I am concerned that the water and mud will get in and will break something. How do you wash your bike in that area? Thank you!

Cube Stereo looks like a great bike. But nothing will ever top that Cube Fritzz you had like 8 or 9 years ago. That bike was legendary on this channel.

I assume Sam had to change the fork in order to use the 29er wheel on front. right? It doesn´t work with the original fork, or does it?
It’s the only thing that puts me off this bike is no 29 inch front wheel
Meanwhile I have it and for me the 27,5 inch wheels are just perfect. It's an awesome machine.
I would like to know how long battery lasts when u just session downhills and use ebike motor only for shuttles in max power mode
On an average if its big wales hill 10-15 laps. uk hill 50-70 laps. 3-5 hours just turbo. probably double in eco but turbo is better :) depends a lot on rider + bike weight though.

Can you ask Sammo how it rides given the swap from a 27.5 to 29er front wheel? My dad has one of these and thinking of doing the same to it.
Edit: Most mullets I’ve heard of have put a smaller rear wheel instead of a larger front one, hence the question!
Basically get the same changes in geometry as if you made the rear wheel smaller but you just get more bb ground clearance this way around.

@@alexmason7103 I switched to 155mm cranks, that helped a lot against pedal strikes. Bought mine from Pinnd, very strong.

usually not a fan of cubes but kinda rate the colour scheme. Clean.
Yeah colour is acc so nice on this one, seems like theyve fixed the frame design and made it less ugly from previous years as well lol
