@@Apollorion The music video was posted on the 31 of March. So it just needed a day to blow up a little. Next day indeed was the 1 of April. But seriously april fools wasn't fun this year because of all this going on. So Queen probably still meant it as a compliment🤷🏼♀️❤
as an Harmony singer myself, I just got the shivers and tears in my eyes. Did I really watch this perfection?? Holy cow this is not good, it is beyond good. Those girls deserve the world stage!

Love the fact that it’s not just a copy of the original, they gave the harmonies their own twist.
More artists say that and therefore they like it the way it's done. Clown / Emeli Sandé, Dirty Ol Man / The Three Degrees.
Sheila Ferguson did sing together with them in Amsterdam.
They couldn't hear each other when recording, so they did it pure on intuition
They told in a Dutch interview (online ofcourse) that the musicians did their recordings first.. and that they are singing it individually with only the music in their earpods. So they could hear only the music, not the other two sisters.
Thats why they are so amazing
no autotune or anything else. They sing live exactly the same way! They are just amazing

@@jortepap Ehm no dude, they're actually this unbelievably good. They did some nice post-production compression on the voices to make the harmonies blend the way they did, but absolutely no autotune was used. It has very distinct tells which are completely absent here.
@@jortepap is trolling because of (late) April 1st no doubt, everyone knows these girls don't use autotuning.
I have heard so many renditions of this song that never lived up to the standard of the original song. This was quite impressive.
They sang this separately. All in their own houses while they only heard the music through their headphones. It’s incredible.

Maren Vb No they’re adults and have their own homes with their partners. They also are not getting together because Amy (the one right) has only one lung and it would be a huge risk for her to go out with the corona virus.

What makes this even more impressive is that the girl on the right, Amy, was born with only one lung. Which is also why she put herself in full lockdown, which isn't mandatory in The Netherlands at the moment.
Amy had to re-record one more time. Her neighbor started hammering at the last minute to hang a painting 😅 Had heard this on a TV show
You start to forget that these girls are not together in the same room. That perfect is it...
When you get the approval of Queen to do THIS song.... you did something right.
Queen is notoriously difficult to get permission from, because (logically) they want to preserve Freddie's legacy and only will allow the best of the best to touch their music.
And they put this song on their social media channels... just wow.
Also... if i were an artist and Queen was aware of me? then... omg i could die a happy man right then and there, Queen is one of the greatest bands to ever walk this earth and they approve of what you've done... yeah i stand by what i just said, if it where me? i would feel i climbed mount Olympus and was greeted by Zeus himself when i reached that top...
Obviously this isnt about Queen, but about the ladies, who did an amazing job with this song, but they can now say "Queen knows who we are" and how many can say that? (who are not world famous) I wouldnt be surprised if Queen is going to invite them to the show in the Netherlands in 2021.
These girls are unfortunately so underrated here in the Netherlands, but I love those girls voices together. It's so smooth. These sisters really got talent.

Og3ne is not underrated, the thing is that their own songs.. suck. Incredible vocalists, amazing at doing covers, but terrible and forgettable own reportoire. Can you name 1 of their songs that became a hit? If they really want to make it further they need to stop with being managed by their father and find other songwriters.

Robbin Hoogendoorn Exactly! They have amazing voices, easily the best in the Netherlands but only their covers go viral. Their own songs suck..

I mean if you just listen to them perform live at eurovison you know they don't need auto tune more like it needs them. But I understand why you might think there is some because it is just amazing

Any whining about autotune is quite an annoying cheap shot, because there's no defense against it: if done right, no one (but sound engineers) can really tell and if overdone, it's obvious to everyone. So: Just a clean recording of 3 sisters singing close harmony, a forgotten art. There's lots of phone recordings of live performances that prove their skill.
@@jandouwes6149 It all depends on how far the pitch was off and how aggressive the correction is. If they aren't excessive not even sound engineers will be able to tell. There are even singers today that mimic that pitch correction because they are so used to hearing it. I vaguely remember some Ukranian or Russian talent show where they stopped the singer because they thought she was getting live pitch correction from an Antares (or similar) filter.
That said, I don't think in this particular instance it was whining or an accusation.
My autotune alarm also went of because of some weird quirks, it really really sounds like a common abused autotune "feature". I know no voice that sounds naturally like autotune.
I am sure there 's a live version of autotune already.

And amazingly Queen actually approved of the cover, they usually are pretty strickt when people want to use their music.

A cover that OG3NE put online on Tuesday from Bohemian Rhapsody has received approval from the gentlemen of Queen. The band shared the images of the sisters with their own 3.9 million followers on Instagram.
Making the cover was quite a challenge, OG3NE wrote to the original post earlier Tuesday. "Bohemian Rhapsody from home insulation ( corona-virus). With the musical accompaniment on 1 ear, completely secluded in our own houses, we filmed ourselves, singing, on our phones. If this video helps to change your mind, if only for a few seconds, then we have reached our goal. "

1 of the girls just did an interview with the Telegraaf, the largest newspaper, where she says that they couldn't hear eachother. Only the musicians. And she said that they were just hoping it would be in sync. It sounds like no tinkering has been done to their performance...
Omg your face in total disbelieve of how good they are is so fun to look at! I went to their concert around Valentine’s Day so just in time. They sang this right at the beginning of their show! I love them just as much as you do and i Live in the Netherlands like O’g3ne.

When you said Amy (On the right) had great breath control is actually really awesome because she only has one lung so she has to do even more effort to get it all right! She is absolutely amazing.
As for the autotune etc., they do really sound like this and they’ve been (Professional) singers since they starred in Junior Song Festival in 2011 (In The Netherlands)
Also, they are doing this while they’re not even together because Amy only has one lung and because of that it’s a risk for her to go out so they’re all in home isolation, so that makes it even more special

I don't think there is any auto tune. If you check their live performances, they sound smooth without any artificial help. I think, they are just that good. :)

They did a theatertour in holland last year! I went to the one in my home town, this was the song they sung at the beginning of the show. And it’s really this amazing even more amazing than this version, maybe there is tuning in this one I don’t know, but they are actually this amazing. It sounds the same as the version I’ve heard in the show!!! I’ve loved them from the start.
FYI: if I remember correctly they did these songs on their most recent theatre tours, son they had the arrangement down. But still amazing they can pull it off isolated from each other.
They opened their show with this song and nailed it, absolutely nailed it. Been there in february this year.

Amy must stay at home... she has one lung. Perfectly done and they were each at their one home. Being Dutch-Indonesian (Indo) myself I am very proud of these 3 Dutch-Indonesian girls. After their mother died just a few years ago they sing even better... to honour her memory🙏🙏🙏

I saw them singing live so many times that I promise you they very rarely miss the mark, I work as professional cellist and always I am able to listen to them live I go!
You are such a big fan - have you ever seen them live? Because it's a revelation. I have seen them live 4 times now - the best 4 concerts in my life (and I've been in many others).
I'm a grown up man, and I've cried tears of joy every time. There is no AutoTune. And of course they do not have several tries like in a studio. Amazing is not a strong enough word for that.

Have you seen them as kids? You should look up Lisa, Amy & Shelley its where they first got famous And grew up And now their OGene. You can see how they grow in singing :) (its mostly dutch songs)

I can tell you, I am 99% sure there is no tuneing here. They performed this LIVE at their theater tour and believe me, that was even more increadible! I love these girls.
If memory serves me well you (honest vocal coach) also analysed these three lovely dutch ladies when they represented NL at the Eurovision Song Contest, with the song "Lights and Shadows" and you were completely blown away because they were THAT good. Glad you found this one!!

Hi Georgina! (I hope I spelled your name correct). I don't know if you've already done that, but you should definately check out the song Emotions that OG3NE did on the Voice of Holland in 2014. It's just too amazing! And surprise, surprise... They also won!

OMG I know they do this song in there theater tour, because I heard them live. But in just heard a interview with Amy. When they record this song they only heard the mucis and did not hear there sisters 😱😱😱. It's so incredibale to hear the results. They had to focus 6 minuts and had to do there own parts alone. Impressif.
Yes! Amy seems like the most professional in this group, for me. And her voice is just.. stunning! I love them all but she is definitely my favorite.
My dear, there is absolutely no tuning. This is anone take home isolation take. They are from Holland and you should check on the beste zangers channel. They are what you see: three very talented sisters that kill everything the lay their vocal chords on.

These three girls have made an interpretation of the 30 (or so) dubbs of Freddie, for three voices! The musicians are also unparalleled in such a small setting! And let's not forget the music editor and the video editor! In addition, the runners, the coffee people, the make-up people, everyone! Everyone stay healthy!

Absolutely no auto tune, they are just that good. Live they are heart touchingly amazing. Amy (the sister on the right) only has one lung. Therefore they stay in quarantine (not mandatory in The Netherlands). They all filmed themselves in their own homes with their iPhones. So they are not even in the same room! They deserve so much more credit than they got thus far. I hope this propels them forward. Such talent!
