" Ever Dream " is the sixth single by Finnish symphonic metal band Nightwish. Released as the first single from the band's fourth studio album, Century Child, it was the group's first single in two years, following " Deep Silent Complete " in 2000.
The song is more operatic in nature than later works and the music itself is more on the heavy metal side. It is still played live since 2002 until today. "Ever Dream" was certified with Gold Disc in Finland two days after its release, with more than 5,000 copies sold, and later received Platinum Disc with more than 10,000 copies sold.

It doesn't get much better than Ever Dream. Marko's bass lines almost leave ya talkin' to yourself. When he gets way up on the neck of his bass it's like you all of sudden get a second heart beat. If you wanna see Marko at his very best check out "High Hopes" from End of an Era concert. While you're at it, check the original singer, Tarja sing "NEMO" . Both are beyond words. How this band had 3 incredible singers back to back to back is beyond me. All 3 are world class.
