I've got a good attention to detail moment in a game. In metro 2033, the first time you get onto the surface you'll be with a guy, but you'll be separated from him soon after. As you continue on, you hear his gunshots in the distance as you move along. Quite cool
So thats when he get to the doors some of the (forgot name I think it's howler something like that) attacks him and he just kill them then when you get to him you can see theirs bodies
Ah, yes, I'm always hearing background gunshots everytime you go to the surface; in this case, that was Bourbon.

@@CaptainEggcellent "mori(s)" are items in the game Dead by Daylight that the killer can use, giving them the ability to personally kill a survivor without bringing them to a hook. Each killer has a unique mori animation.

@@CaptainEggcellent A Mori in DbD is basically when a killer gets to kill a survivor in a trial. The catch is that you need to use a momento mori (with the exception of the rancor perk) to be able to execute survivors. Granted the survivor needs to be hooked at least once (with some exceptions)
@@CaptainEggcellent In the offerings section you can choose a mori which is a special animation for each killer where instead of sacrificing them on a hook they personally kill the survivor.
In Metal Gear Solid 5, when venom snake is climbing a wall, if you let him sit he’ll dangle and shake his right arm to get the blood back into his fingers. His left arm was removed and a mechanical prosthesis takes its place, so there’s no longer a need to do the same for the left arm. Cool detail.

In Raft, you can find a duck with a Mechanic Suit and it sits on a Bearing, I don't know how to get it though because I noticed it in someone's let's play video, and the duck is a reference to a game called Scrap Mechanic, and in Scrap Mechanic you can also find a shark on a board or a plank (idk what those called) that has a letter that says "Raft" With the same font like the game. I think both games were developed by the same developer so that's why they make the Easter egg
I did a little digging and now know that Raft was published by Axolot Games, the people behind Scrap Mechanic, the game was developed by Redbeet instead. Still pretty cute that they referenced each others tho.

In the last stand update for left 4 dead 2. You can see in the change logs “players can now see a crocodile in the swamp fever map”. The crocodile is actually a small plush crocodile hiding near one of the shacks, pretty cute.

hey man. can you cover the new expansion of sea of thieves the new npc "cursed captain" has a boat load of hidden dialogue like when you accidentally fail the jump to retrieve him or numerous idle dialogue that npc have.

In Destiny 2 when your ghost is talking, if you go into nav-mode, your ghoasts voice will sound different to when he is away (the normal screen).

I found a hidden detail in Hunt Showdown! When you open your map for the 1st time in a new game, it will make an "unrolling" sound. Every time the map is opened after that, it's a "unfolding" sound. Pretty neat detail!

If you are still looking for hidden details on Mortal Kombat games, Mortal Kombat 11 has one I noticed recently. If you do Sub-Zero's second fatality or Skarlet's first fatality on Kano, his eye won't pop out like it is supposed to, because he doesn't have one. If you do those fatalities on anyone else, their eyes will come out.
In call of duty: black ops Cold War on the nuke town map, the population sign shows how many people are alive at the time

In GTA V, after doing the "Bury the hatchet" mission, switch to Trevor and head to the airfield where his plane is. Look at the plane's wheels. They are covered in snow. A small detail that made me go "wow, they really did that".
There's a really small detail but when there's something too high for you to vault in battle feild 5 it shows your hand trying to reach the top
In sea of thieves, im not sure what prompts it, but during the tall tale "hearts of fire" aftwr you place the key and enter the ritual cavern, either if you stay in the same area or if you start dying from lack of air, flameheart will ask if you feel lost

There is a pretty cool detail in Wasteland 3. You can get a bird named polly that insults your enemies and what he says is different depending on the enemy type, human, mutant, robot, etc.

I don’t know if you already covered it, but another detail you can find in RE 7 is that scattered throughout the game, you can find Whataburger cups. You can easily notice them by their white and oranges stripes. For those not from Texas or the Louisiana area, Whataburger is a major burger joint, think of in and out from California. So this means that the people who did research for the game definitely had themselves a Whataburger

i found a easter egg/hidden detail in RisingStorm Redorchestra 2 multiplayer... when you give ammo to a teamate with an lmg for the first time youll get a thropy named johny on the spot which can also be heard when calling a mechanic in GTA 5
I found some more hidden dialogue in Ratchet and Clank 2016, at the start of the game when you have to use the bolt crank, if you go over to the crates and break them instead Grim will say something

video game detail in a game im not sure has been mentioned, but in vermintide 2 most missions have a random chance to spawn either/all enemy types, being skavin or chaos (or beastmen if you have DLC) But i noticed playing the mission “Into the Nest” will only spawn skaven, and skaven related special enemies because of its location in the world and i dont think itd make sense with the lore if chaos and beastmen spawned.
A detail I noticed in batman Arkham knight is realistic mud patterns at the back of the bat mobile when driving/drifting

The natural selection one is probably one of the best details ive seen.
So I found some hidden dialog in Arma 3 tutorial campaign. For example when you are out of the simulation, you eventually have to shoot long range targets, I had a hard time finding the first one and he mentions about "for those who are watching at home (give bearing of the target)" Of course I then found the target but there could be more.
Nemesis also says stars whenever he performs a Mori on Jill or Chris.

So in the map escape from falmor in chivalry 2 when you need to destroy the gate on the right side there is a cave and if you get close you can hear something not spoiling it
Hey, I don’t know if you did a video about this yet but in the first darksider’s game there is a merchant that pops out from a platform when you go near it but if you go into the shadow realm then go near the platform where the merchant pops out from the merchant will not appear. I like this small detail because the game knows your in a different realm also when you leave the shadow realm he will appear.
In Knockout City, throwing a bomb ball off of any map will cause car alarms to go off, as well as dogs to bark and people to scream when the bomb explodes.
Think I may have found a small detail in Sea of Thieves. In the 4th tall tale for the new Pirates of the Caribbean event, if the ship leaves the island before Jack has a chance to get on he'll mention about catching up, then when he arrives on the ship he makes a remark about it. I believe he only does this if the ship isn't nearby but can't be sure.

I found a Easter egg to halo in Worms Rumble in the announcer area of customization there and a the retro announcer who sounds a lot like the halo announcer and says things very similar to him.
In Assassin's Creed Valhalla, there's a reference to portal, and to get it you need to go to the Northern part of Essexe,and in the forest there will be a "world event" mystery where you'll have to answer a series of riddles.

the background music at the beginning had me like "hmmm where do i recognise this from?" turns out i used to use it on my outros XD
I’m not sure this has been shown yet, but in dying light if u have the ninja outfit it doesn’t make footstep or falling sounds
He will also yell S.T.A.R.S during his mori on jill and it also does it for the Chris legendary skin

Hey man, this is a call of duty cold war detail, I know its a thing you think would be the norm, but not a lot of people notice it. If you fire an lmg, the belt of bullets will actually end rather than just still going. Its small, but not many people notice it.

Not sure if this has been covered or not but in the game code vein if your out in a level with an ai partner and if you decide to take a look at your inventory for long enough the ai partner will say something about staying watch and then will walk a short ways away to do so.
the same thing with Nemesis shouting *Staaaars* also occurs when using a Memento Mori on a S.T.A.R.S. member
The same goes for nemesis Mori when you kill jill in dead by daylight he says stars but he does not any other time
