I did not remove sub frame
I removed air filter compartment and hose, loosened transmission mounts and gave the whole engine a little lift with a jack and managed to replace this mount from inside engine pay

+K4LI4NY4, Hi, did you also need to loosen the front and right side (passenger side) engine mounts to get to the rear torque mount? thanks

I replaced both front and rear mount starting by completely remove the front mount and its bracket, removed the 4 screws holding the rear mount, one of them was a real pain, there was absolutely no way to get the rear mount out due to space limitation, loosened passenger and transmission mounts, support engine and transmission by 2 jacks one for each, removed air filter compartment and hose to throttle to make some room, lifted engine and transmission a little and almost got the rear one out but needed more space, and ended up by completely disconnected transmission mount to be able to lift transmission side enough to get the rear bracket out. then put new rear mount, install transmission mount and tighten passenger mount, then install front mount. this is the exact thing I did 2 years ago.

+K4LI4NY4 Thank you for the details, I am sure it will benefit someone who is planning to undertake this project. I am also considering replacing transmission and engine mounts.

I am not sure but from what I understand from your video you pulled it out from passenger side downward. I pulled it upwards from inside engine bay driver side. I also had to remove the bracket that hold the mount to the engine to make enough room.
good luck with the other mounts
      keep posting videos

Zapatense,, I checked it on eBay, pictures do not show the rubber part, I have asked a seller to confirm. In the meantime you wanna check it yourself, just go on eBay or amazon type "Mitsubishi lancer 2006 2.0l motor mount" and it will show you bunch of listings. Ask the sellers if it comes with the rubber. If no one has it then ask the dealer for this. ( I might check it myself later). If the dealer is really expensive then perhaps check your local junk yards or Craigslist.com Many people cannot sell this car so they try to sell parts. Very last option, contact me I might be able to find one. Thanks and good luck.

if it is the same, then the rubber should be part of the mount and when u buy a new mount it should come with it.
