  • Dr. Rowe shows an easy exercise that may end in a satisfying self pop, crack, or release in your foot.
This exercise will focus on improving range of motion in the metatarsals, the long bones of the foot. It's also great to use for general foot pain and metatarsalgia.
Let us know how it works for you!

      Dr.Rowe,
I can’t get my foot up over my knee like that. When I try to do it, I end up twisting my knee and that becomes painful. Obviously this is because my hip will not rotate properly.
So, what I need is an exercise that will help the hip rotation without stress in my knee . So I want to work on that particular hip rotation without involving my knee for a while.
Any exercises you can give me would sure help. It would also help all the people who have not asked.
