✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
* Thin Flattened rice (पोहा) - 250 Gram
* Salt(नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Chili Flakes (चिल्ली फलैक्स) - 1/2 Tsp
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Curry leaves(कड़ी पत्ता) - Some
* Oil (तेल) - For Frying
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
Sieve some Flattened Rice/Poha & Wash properly 3-4 times. Then keep them on a Muslin cloth to absorb excess water. Then take out the dough on a plate & put some Salt, Chilli Flakes, Baking Soda, Curry Leaves & Black Pepper Powder & knead well. Apply some Oil on your palms & make dough balls. Then take a Papdi Machine, grease it with the Oil & put it in the Machine, and make the Namkeen on plastic as shown in the video. Then keep it under the fan for 1-2 days to dry. Then fry them in medium heated Oil & enjoy. In this way, Crispy and Tasty 𝐏𝐨𝐡𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐩𝐝𝐢 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐧 will get ready without the sun drying.
