पोहा का ऐसा चटपट और कुरकुरा नाश्ता आप बनाएंगे तो सब तारीफ करेंगे, इसे बनाना भी आसान है और कोई भी चीज़ बहार से लाने की जरुरत नहीं है इसे बनाने के लिए :)

Serving - 5
Ingredients:
Poha (flatten rice )- 1.5 cups
Onion - 1
Green chilli -2
Coriander leaves -1/2 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Gram flour (besan)- 3 tbsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil for frying
v - Jak na to + styl
It's a great snacks I have tried it in your way and it came out very yammy. I am 17 years old and I love cooking.

Abhi lockdown me jab itna time mila toh Maine apke recipes try karna start kiya; maggie manchurian aur dhokla b banaya. Ek bar Maa ne dhokla banaya tha, lekin thik se nai bana, toh mujhe laga homemade dhokla kabhi khane ko nai milega. Jab Maine dekha ki apke channel pe dhokla ki recipe he. Toh maine maa se kaha ki ab dekho me khud dhokla kaise banati hun aur wo bhi perfect. Yeh bahat heathy recipe he isiliye maine 2 baar bana liye😀😊.
