I don't care what anyone says, Suarez is the best ever player to play for us in terms of the level his overall career. I don't know if he's necessarily a club legend but his quality in his prime is so much higher than any of our players now. The difference is now we don't have to rely on one incredible player, since we've got an actual system.

Clearly you started watching football 2 years ago if you think lewy is better than Suarez. The level Suarez was at Liverpool is unheard of. He tore apart the premier league surrounded by an awful team. Right now, yes Suarez isn't as good as our front three and lewandowski is probably the best striker in the world. But when you look at their careers, if you think lewandowski is better than Suarez you are genuinely deluded. I would maybe put Gerrard above him but that's it. In Cristiano Ronaldo's prime, Suarez was in the same league, getting more goals and more assists than him. Lewandowski is blessed with a great team in an easy league. That's why he can't win anything outside of Germany. He can't win the champions league, suarez can. He can't win with Poland, Suarez can with Uruguay.

Abit harsh on Keita. He got injured straight away for a long period. Went through a period of games showing how different he is from the other CM but that also came with some raw mistakes. He got injured again. Came back and put the silly rash decisions behind him by playing safe and sticking the system. Once he did the basics consistency and made the fans feel at ease he started expressing himself. When Klopp and the fans trusted him he started doing things no one else we have could do. I get people who watch MOTD would think he’s a flop but as a devoted fan he is the first player who can be smothered by 5 men and end up leaving them chasing him back with a few touches. Definitely has the best ball control in the squad, definitely has the best awareness and he is the most ballsy with through balls. All other CM’s for the reds have had atleast a year more under klopp barring Fab and they do well but none of them have the quality or confidence to attempt what he does. We always choose probability over creativity in midfield and he’s the only player to try and back himself. Before his last injury he was scoring, takling, pressing and passing better than anyone. If he stayed fit and played consistently he would be one of the first names on the team sheet

Exactly Allison is on course for his second golden glove with far less games than most goalkeepers these guys are chatting. Wijnadum has been a very great player for us.

milner and wjinaldum are criminally underrated here gini can do everything you want from a midfielder and always scores or plays well in big games and big moments not just against barca but against arsenal and city as well and against Cardiff last season as well when we needed a late winner as well as the winner this season against Sheffield united .. Milner has the record for most assists in a champions league season and he did it while playing for us in that season where we lost in the final to madrid and he is one of the top ten assisters in premier league history so contrary to what you guys believe he is not just a workhorse. And besides why is versatility looked down upon the fact is whenever Robertson or one of the other midfielders has needed a rest or has been injured he has deputised brilliantly and always give great performances like the one against psg last season at home , and milner 9 times out of ten scores his pemalties and that has been crucial at times for us right throughout his tenure at liverpool
