Just watched the 2nd leg of their semi final against Roma. They’ve done it again!
One of the biggest reason for such late goals is Great Fitness. Zidane during his 3-Peat era regularly trained the team for 120mins, not 90. So when they were trailing in a game, the team found an extra gear because they were not physically finished.

It's not just bringing in new tactics and formations. But he actually train the guys.
I have watched a few of their sessions and you actually see him participating and leading by example, showing them how to do what he needs them to.

They had so many breaks this year and I feel like regression will hit them hard next season, especially with them losing a couple players and the added pressure of CL football. On top of that, Boniface was their only big injury this season. What if they're not as lucky with injuries next season?
