If you've never tried it before I think it's definitely worth it. JTL is pretty awesome though and I do hope it gets added in my lifetime lol.

I can't play Finalizer because i was banned from Basilisk. Did the staff unban everyone for Finalizer? Some clarity would be good.
Not everyone. It does seem they have unbanned most people who have made a ticket about it though. I would suggest doing that if you want to play.
