You have a police force full of unprofessional and those of a criminal element how will any police chief be able to deliver the type of service civilians deserve.
So disband them.

If we can't remember important things about our profession that we are paid for , and I can remember so much and not get paid for it , then everyone else should just also be recorded 24/7 @ work so you can remember what really happened , and it's not , he said she said all day . Unless you have shame or something to hide .
Solving crimes is just as important as everything else your listing off that he did if $250,000 crimes are shelved I don't give a f*** what he did.
Chief Finner positively impacted the community through enhancing the department’s presence across Houston. A lot of crime was quelled simply based on him being the police chief.

Very respectful how they defended him fairly. Everyone forgets what officer do well. Apparently he was an exceptional leader and much respect to the council members for fairness. It's speaks on their integrity too.

As regards to your question of Race being a factor…… that would be easy enough to answer. If the charge is suspended cases, then go back and look at HOW MANY suspended cases each chief head. If the number is substantially higher for this particular chief the news your answer. If it is the same we’re averages out the same then it’s sus
