I cannot speak for the entire city but I have noticed a stark increase in police activity like patrols and enforcement in many of the lower income communities around Houston. Basically it's become night and day since the beginning of the year. I'm not sure where the police were prior to this year but they are certainly out now and I appreciate that.
Must be in certain neighborhoods. I hardly see police patrol in my area.

The city should offer down payment assistance to any officer who moves and lives inside the city's jurisdiction. In addition, higher crime areas should have a bonus monthly incentive for officers should they move into these higher crime areas.
They are staying silent on alot of things if he cared about houston people he keep his word and keep his promises
