2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo charging fluctuating/ stop safely, engine will turn off soon/Fixed

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo had a charging fluctuating problem it was dropping down from 14 v to 11 v. The vehicle had some messages "stop safely, engine will turn off soon"
