So..Ive been fasting for awhile and doing low carb just to cut out all the junk so I eat alot of protein as it keeps me full but I'm noticing I'm gaining a few pounds here and there so..any advice? It sounds easy to cut out protein but then what do I eat?
You need a calorie deficit. Either exercise or count ur calories

@@NeverSeen23 so...I'm still trying to figure thing out. I think I'm trying too many thing. Right now I've got some gut issues so I'm on meds. I believe my body needs to heal from that b4 I start seeing any weight loss. Makes me so frustrated. I try so hard and some days I just wanna give up ugh

@@sirglory4213 so...I've been doing a 20hr fast w/ 4hr window I've been doing ok but still have bloat. Can't tell if I'm losing wt but I'm starting to feel better in the morning

Hi Gloria, ahh, you pose a great question. Techincally, zero calorie sweetners should be okay during both a regular fast and a fat fast, however you body isn't silly and might expect glucose. If sweeteners help you get through fasting, then that is sustainable (and will likely work long term)

Im trying to fast as well
Bc lve done work outs and everything had a bad breakup and starting eating after that it hard for me my ex bf was skinny and tall and i was average size but tall i just wanna level my weight to be taller im 19 years old
i thort you just dont eat from 6pm till 10am and in between you can eat watever you want
If I go keto and eat 1 meal a day, how much weight would I loose in a month? For exercise, pretty much all I can do is go for walks or jogs early in the morning before eating

Yes, absolutely. Just remember this type of fasting is called "Fat Fasting".

Im not sure how to do this with school. I usually don’t eat breakfast but I eat lunch then dinner when I get home. So I’ve been skipping a meal for awhile but I’ve continued to gain weight. Also thier the problem of me crashing during the school day and I’m so tired that I’m not learning anything…. Any suggestions
Hey Lily - I'm not sure what age you are, but generally I recommend going back to 3 meals a day and getting the food quantiy right to fuel your energy levels, and then add fasting occasionally where you want the benefits of fasting.

I also don’t like breakfast much but I try to grab a granola bar & I don’t feel as tired. Also, make sure to drink a lot of water throughout the day & try eating colors of the rainbow (fruits & veggies) it’s a easy way to eat well. A quote that stuck with me a while back “A body in motion stays in motion” you’ll be healthier and have more energy just following a few steps in healthy living habits.
