      Yes you can freeze them with the breadcrumb. In this recipe I used 'Star Deg' Briyani spices , however you can use any briyani spice available.

      (Mauritian Creole : kreol morisien) is a French-based creole language spoken in Mauritius.In addition to the French base of the language, there are also a number of words from English and from the many African and South Asian languages that have been spoken on the island.

    • @CuisineMauritian
      @CuisineMauritian  Před 7 lety +1

      Hi,
      In that case you can add milk in your chicken mixture then flatten into breadcrumb and skip the egg process completely.
      Hope this helps!!

      @ap8760 Před 7 lety

      Cuisine Mauritian i feel i can dip in olive oil and then coat in bread crumps.. whether it will work?

    • @CuisineMauritian
      @CuisineMauritian  Před 7 lety

      It is up to you how you prefer.
      My personal option if i'm gonna fry it i would avoid coating into oil. Because it will soak up too much oil which i don't like.
      But if you prefer you can skip the milk as well, as i already add yogurt in the recipe.

      Hi,
      You have two options if you want to freeze them
      1. Add the egg in the marination then coat in breadcrumbs and freeze.
      2. Or after the chicken have been breaded.
      Hope this help 😊

    THIS IS A RECIPE that all should try but I'd like to say one thing THAT IS NOT AIMED AT YOU ALONE:- Don't you think making lavish dishes during the month of RAMADAN goes against the spirit of the holy month when perhaps it is God's Command that for this month we should be trying to experience how the poor live all the months of the year? God Bless.
