Five Rules of Gutman 100-Day Challenge:✅
1. Workouts: Engage in one 60-minute workout daily including active recovery (walking, swimming, jogging, light yoga)
2. Protein - Min 1 gram / kg / body weight
3. Fiber - Min 5 plant points ( any fruit, vegetables, nuts or seeds will be counted as 1 point)
4. Meditation - Min 10 min
5. No ultra processed food

Sir your series is amazing and quite helpful.
However there are a few queries which I would like to bring forth. Recently with news and various reports of
+ Excessive amount of palm oil and milk powder in the manufacturing of paneer
+ High levels of toxins and pesticides in vegetables.
+ Eggs and meat loaded with a lot of artificial chemicals to make them saleworthy.
And many other instances of adulteration in food manufacturing. As a consumer what and how should we consume as a food item and in what quantity.
Please provide a suggestion and insight into this issue.

Eating with hands is way more healthier and beneficial for the gut and body, as compared to eating with cutlery. as per Ayurveda eating is considered to be a havan, an offering of food to the digestive fire in the stomach. So, the food that we eat must be with your hands, and the offering must be heartfelt.

Hello sir, I need your advice. I had heartburn for a few months before going to the hospital. The doctor gave me medicine for three weeks, and the symptoms subsided but remained. He then advised me to have an endoscopy to double-check, and he said my stomach was red and it was normal gastric nothing to worry about. So, sir, I'd like to know how long it takes to heal this gastric problem. I've been taking medicine for three months and I'm feeling better now.

I just wanna need some point of discussion on a certain situation i came across.
I am a mom of two kids, a 7 year old and one year old. I believe i give only healthy foods to my kids as much as I can. I never compromise on their food and sleep. But my elder one was exposed to junk foods a couple of years back. I rarely buy him pizza , burgers and all that stuff. When i recently got him ice cream , the same night he started with abdominal pain that continued till next day accompanied with vomiting as well. Then one of my relatives started advising me like" why are you torturing your kid like this. You are not giving him any snacks or outside food. You should train him that way. " Then i was like what ... What is going on behind?
My question to you is
1) I am very confident that i give healthy food for my kid every day and every meal.
But he cant tolerate outside foods when he take it. Should i increase the frequency of outside foods or completely stop it?
2) Even to the school i give only fruits as snack and will make sure he eats protein and atleast two veggies in every meal. This way i feel he should have some good gut bacteria. Is that why he can't tolerate those junk foods?
I feel many people are facing this issue even when we want to raise our kids in a healthier way people around gives us different opinions. Can u post a shorts on this😊!

You are a great Man. I follow you daily but i wish i could follow the diet routine also! 😢
But the problem with me is i live in Gujarat and i am a student here. I live in the hostel so i have to eat whatever they give in the canteen and the food is awful full of oil and totally veg. Even i don't get egg as they don't provide, sometimes i go out and eat.
And as i am a student so i also have limited money and here it is so costly. I eat fruits but not daily which i used to get in home.
I am a Bengali and i eat non veg everyday at home. But I don't get here fish or chicken everyday.
Sometimes when i go out i eat non veg which is street food or restaurant and now when i am at home i am eating everything but in indian homes no one cooks so much healthy! 😅
Now can you suggest me how can i modify my diet?
And even after the hectic day i have to study at night so i sleep very late night and even sometimes in the early morning also. How can i meditate and exercise?
Because i started meditation but i couldn't continue.
And my father says no to do gym without doctor's advice. Can you say what exercises can i do on regular basis to keep myself a little bit fit?

teenagers are in their growth phase.. do not attempt any drastic weightloss regimen on a developing body. advice the child to eat healthy homemade foods,lots of greens, fruits, vegetables and nuts and milk in daily diet in proper time interval... encourage them to involve in physical activities like cycling, sports activities, walking and jogging everyday.
only diet, excercise and lifestyle modification will give lifelong results...others are just temporary
