    STEAMED RICE CAKE | RICE FLOUR RECIPES
    🌸 white sugar ~ 90g (½ cup) - 130g (2/3 cup)
    🌸 Water ~ 300g (1¼ cups)
    (half for the sugar and half for the rice flour)
    🌸 active dry yeast ~ 4g (1 ¼ Tsp)
    🌸 lukewarm water ~ 44.4g (3 Tbsp)
    🌸 rice flour ~ 150g (0.5 US cup + 7 Tbsp)
    🌸 baking powder ~ 3g (1 Tsp)
    🌸 A pinch of salt
    🌸 Vegetable oil ~ ½ Tbsp (optional)

    🍒 I used a 26 cm in diameter molder (10,23 inches). I recommend you to use a smaller molder to have a thicker rice cake.
    🍒 DON’T use olive oil on this or any oil that has a strong taste. Normal vegetable oil is perfect.
    🍒 If you don't want to add cooking oil in the rice cake batter you have to have to grease your molder with cooking oil to avoid sticking.
