I really enjoyed this episode here are some of the takeaway points I wrote down.... Authentic friends are the ones who embrace your true self without judgment. It's important to distinguish between casual acquaintances and the special individuals God brings into your life with a purpose. Keep an eye out for those divine connections. Expectations within friendships are significant - they should be built on sincere love and steadfast loyalty. While people may have varying perspectives on friendship, finding those who share your values is a precious gift.

Great video! In order to being to forgive you have to practice self care and self love. Most times the hurt someone gives has zero to do with you. Remove yourself, love yourself and respect yourself enough to not allow anyone to make you feel less about yourself.

Another good episode. This was so good and necessary. It resonated a lot with me because I always wanted and thought to do a friendship contract because of pass experiences but then I would think people would think I’m doing too much. I’m that friend that goes all in if I consider us on the top level and the gift of vision trying to help. But it’s so necessary to lay the expectations out up front because not everyone’s are the same and I find myself giving so much and expecting things from people that they can’t deliver.
And then on the associate side, I’m very at arms reach and surface while the other person is wanting to go deep. Wheeeew chile, I’m definitely ordering both books. Thank you ladies for creating this space❤

What an awesome table talk. One of the things I was surprised to hear but at the same time not is the fact that Coach Shameka didn’t have a larger circle of girlfriends she’s really close to. I think I though she would because she’s an AKA, I know many who are in the Divine 9 that have a close bond in that sisterhood. I think also because she’s Dr. Dharius’ wife and the circles they’re in among the elite ladies on their caliber. However, I completely get it. I’m glad God divinely connected you all. What a tremendous blessing.❤

One only thing I will say is that all God needs is a small window of acknowledgment and cry for help from someone that may be narcissistic, and God will change their hearts and heal their minds. I do believe a person can change by the power of the Holy Ghost.

I agree, it’s healthy for us and others to compartmentalize people in our lives.
It’s also healthy to pace our selves in relationships… we don’t want to give at 10/10 when the other person is on 2/10. I think this can ruin a relationship… kind of like the ox and the donkey!

I’ve told a friend up front that if I knew her boyfriend now husband was cheating… I would not tell her.
