Since you’ve got quite a few trucks under you, I’m just wondering if you’ve got some sort of fleet maintenance program? And if so what does it consist of? Cause your trucks seem to last a good long while

When you start the truck the engine brake resets so it won't ever be on automatically...you'd need to push the button and activate it when you start the truck. Just FYI

I had a '15 and now a '18 3500. When a trailer is connected, it will remember your settings. The back up sensors don't beep and if you had the exhaust brake on it stays on. When no trailer connected, it resets to off.

It’s sad that sales and repair are are two different entities and means of income at a dealership. You’ve bought many trucks I’m sure at the same location and in my personal experience I worked at a dealer early on in my life and the owners were deeply involved there as well they wouldn’t let something like this carry on they did things about problems like this, the customer was the ultimate importance and the return customer was why businesses were in business for 75 years. (That was in 1995)

    • @brandoncaldwell95

Ya, most dealers are larger now and dont care. I bought my truck from Keating auto group. Some famous viper road course driver. He doesnt give a fuck. Gone back to the dealer for service was given a $800 bill. All for a couple fuel filters and oil change. Now i go up the road for $250. Its sad. Also when buying my new truck Sales perosn saidnit be ready for pickup sat morning. The service department didnt have it done. Argued it be monday. They also put a scratch in my tailgate..

All the trucks were good, but the Ram has done so much better, easier to perform maintenance and all in all they take the abuse my guys dish out. The crew also says the Ram has been more comfortable to drive long distances.
