    So the difference between the pivot shift test and the jerk test is the final position?
    pivot shift- ext. to flex.
    jerk test- flex. to ext.?

      Nour Houda it’s enough to know the relevant tests. We however cover all tests as people look for them and we want to be able to provide a comprehensive video on them

    What do you think about shoulder brace for better posture(rounded shoulder, kyphosis, forward head)? Are they effective? What are their effect in the long term? Do you think you can substitute physiotherapy with them? Thanks physiotutors

    is it possible to have a negative lachman test with a complete ACL tear?? .. 4 orthopaedics performed this test on my knee but no results and the all of a sudden MRI says ACL tear.. i really am suspicious of getting trapped in a fraud😟😟

    • @Physiotutors
      @Physiotutors  Před 4 lety +1

      That is indeed surprising, but no test is perfect. Could be protective muscle spasm preventing the anterior translation. That's also why often even the lachman is done in conjunction with the pivot shift and anterior drawer
