    // Announcements, Acknowledgements & Corrections :
    There are moments in this episode where audio is played backwards. Those reversals happen when Robin is either doing something illegal or referencing the wrong person in a story (it was Charlie Parker, not Duke Ellington). Easter egg at the very end!
    // Blather:
    Maggie’s your narrator, this round. She knows (tro.bike/author/margaret_dean/) there’s plenty to be excited about this riding season, as many are transitioning to that next bike. About that, Erik Buell has some electrifying ideas on the matter that might Fuell your decision!
    Tim, Travis and Robin get to debate vicariously through the sudden, dramatic stage-left exit of Armene’s . In short, she’s on the hunt for that next great purchase. Everyone chimes in with an infinite list of solutions, some of ’em even worth considering!
    But ... Armene had to walk that bike to the end of the road so as not to wake the neighbors. That was just for a morning commute! What if there were a silent electric bike with a beautiful sport profile and fifty liters of onboard storage to get her where she’s goin’? Enter Erik Buell. That is to say ... Fuell (www.fuell.us/).

    // Site Updates & Features:
    Online workshops! Route development is first on the docket. Keep an eye on the calendar view (or sidebar widgets) as things develop.
    Lesser note, if there are no tours on the calendar (4673) or the next tour is over three months away, the homepage will display a photo/link to our newest article. Same goes for the upcoming workshops, unless they’re less than one month away. Workshops will take default priority in the nav bar as well, with tours/workshops chasing rank in the sidebar widgets.
    The store will soon open as well, once we have time to compress each of our tours into a ”roll your own” package. Tour packages and favorite maps will be saved in a newly added ”Maps” section of the members area. About time, right?
    // Listener Questions:
    In repeat of last month’s episode (and showing purchase options above), Sean Paul asked ...
    ”I ride a 2013 stock . I’ve put in 42k miles on the Connie and love it. My question is: Does the Connie have an aftermarket seating option that doesn’t angle my lower extremities toward the tank? Something with more of an adjusted/flat angle? Having to adjust constantly, toward the second half of long rides, is distracting and uncomfortable.
    Also, the fly shield seems too short for me even on the extended setting, hitting the upper portion of my helmet - I’m forced to slouch or tuck, which is also uncomfortable over time. I’m 6’1 and initially I thought the stock option would work. I’ve seen some taller fly shields on RevNation. Do you have a favorite?”
