  • Heck yaaas! Finally understand my balance - a little more. Ha ha.
I kept high siding (front over board to the left) and figured out why. I was leaning too far left on my front foot and weighing it too far forward. When I leaned back a little more on my back foot-no wobble and felt in control. It felt so awesome to understand the subtle weight shifting.
Funny thing today-I actually didn’t want to do anything (not climb, downhill skateboard, weightlifting, etc.) Glad I went - hahaha.
    See you next video.

Awesome and thank you. Short 1-2 hour focus sessions are helping. Most I’ve done ever in 1 week (this past week) - 5 sessions.

Hi and awesome-thanks. Yes, I do want to transition into Coleman pendy (without rail). Will be working on it slowly.

Just a heads up, rotating your slide pucks is unecessary and a great way to wear out the velcro on your gloves. I've seen people's pucks fly off and it is not something you want.

Whoa - didn’t know that was a risk. Thank you.
