Having 6 years of experience in IT industry, I can say WFH concept made me a happy and more responsible person towards my family and work.
I no need to stuck in traffic, I can use that time for self development. I no need to pay the rent or no need to buy a flat. I am staying in my home town with my family taking care of my parents and in laws. Spending time with my childhoods friends, spending time with my cousins which is making me more focusd towards my professonal amd personal responsibilities

Good Morning Sir...Can you please do a company review of Oracle ? Problem with glass door is that it generally shows only the base pay at different levels and not the overall yearly inhand compensation.(For example...if you look at your review of Salesforce and compare it with glassdoor you will find that at each of the levels of AMTS, MTS, SMTS and LMTS glass door has written base pay as avergae total compensation and has ignored other factors like stocks and other bonuses,reimbruisements etc). Thank You .

Bro, one of my dear friend work for vmware. According to him office are starting 8th November & wfh will depend on team. If any person is doing wfh and staying in tier3 city then 10% salary cut as well.
Yes there will be pay cut in some of the companies. But if you compare, your compensation decrease would not be much with respect to the expenses as well. So it can be a win win situation

1. By doing Mtech or PhD
2. By working in medium scale or service based companies

I have a question that every student knows tier 1 college students have more opportunities in Oncampus placements than tier 2 or tier3. but, in case of offcampus applications, do the college brand matters?
