Yes grab and gojek definitely quite good start ups from Asia. Compensation is a bit lower for grab. And gojek is dominating in the home markets. Making it a bit difficult for grab to thrive at the momentm but definitely a good start up to work for!

I doubt that in every company in USA they get the same salary. The companies in which they get similar salary, in India as well they get similar salary. More to do with the job role and expectations than anything else

To freshers they are giving 50 lakhs of stock options for 4 years. Stock options is nothing but an option to purchase 50 lakhs worth of stock from the company. There is no clarity on the strike price of the ESOP. Hence, not added. For example, in Tekion if they give 50 lakhs of stock options, you would have to pay 25 lakhs to the company out of your pocket to get it. Apart from that, you can only exercise it if it goes public. Which is far from reality now. Hence did not add it.
