You were talking about Graeme Obree making bikes out of washing machines, not Boardman.

Thank you for the correction, I’m filming this at 2am. Exhausted. I meant to give credits to Obree for his ingenuity for the position but Boardman had more support when it came to proper training and execution with the extra funding.
