I imagine that if I were putting a motor into the seat tube, I would certainly use some sort of screening between that and the seat tube itself to prevent the testing device from detecting it, though if an MRI scan is used, it might be different. There is no more than a suspicion here but I am concerned about Roglic putting the chain back on and spinning the cranks himself if he intended to change bikes anyway. I do not have ceramic bearings or a chain which is waxed but when I put the rear wheel down after spinning the cranks, it stops dead and does not bounce.

Forget the ceramic bearings or what he touched on the bars... if he had a motor why would he spin the cranks by hand? That's something you only do if you dropped a chain or are checking shifting function. If you're checking a motor you plush a button to see if it spins.

I’m 60 now I’ve had two professional bike fits in 18 years, in that time I’ve had 8 bikes and my saddle height has changed by 1-5 mm. My only concern with an integrated seat post is comfort and the high end race bikes are not comfortable. Hundred mile rides beat you and your back up! Who adjusts their saddle constantly and more than 5-10mm?

After two years of research, and procrastination, i bought a B2 in last year's Black Friday sale. Although I have an S & S coupled travel bike I needed my carbon cross bike with hydro disc brakes to do Paris-Roubaix sportive. I was concerned about dropping the fork from the frame and reinstalling but it worked out fine. It's a 54cm and I bought the B2-R for road bikes. Two months after purchase they released info saying the the B2-MTB, still undersize, would mean the fork didn't need to be dropped. Ah well. Oh, I spent quite a while trying to strap the fork to the top tube or down tube but in the end it fitted better just loose laying in the bottom of the case under the frame. Second tip, take the disc rotors off the wheels and store them in one of the end pockets which are protected by the rigid tray. Rotors often get warped in travel. I loved that the case is small enough for a regular sedan or hatchback cab and can be folded down into its tray for easy storage for those of us apartment dwellers. On my trip to Brussels last month I saved $400 CAD in bike fees with Air Canada ($100 per leg). Even the check-in staff at Brussels, where they are incredibly aware of what size cases bikes can go in, didn't question my "therapy equipment"! So, Orucase paid my bar bill for the fortnight! No mean feet in Belgium!

If you do have the fitness, than you should be riding a proper race bike, but it doesn’t have to be expensive. If you do “want” an expensive bike, than Litespeed Titanium or Time Carbon frames should be a good investment, not those mainstream scam carbons.

Ive been riding Trieye the 1st ever formal pair of sunglasses a total revelation in cycling safety for two plus years after a almost fatal cycling accident as a semi pro 13 years ago. If it wasnt for Trieye id never have started road again. These should be main headline cycling news. It will bring back road cyclist. Claris is more than enough until you get into bike snobbery honestly. That bike is not entry level, that bike costs twice as much as an entry level claris equipped bike, 105 is better sure....twice as good, no not really. 800-1200 is entry level. You would have a better overall bike if you bought a 1k Claris bike and a 600 dollar entry level carbon wheel than having a 2k bike with 105 and stock wheels.
