    Exercise, diet, and weight management play crucial roles in managing arthritis. Surgery isn't always necessary if treated early. Weight loss helps not just the joints but overall inflammation too.

    She is 100% correct I have seven autoimmune diseases my life sucks but it is utterly painful to exercise and I will push myself to the end of time to make sure I exercise and get what I need done because you people don't understand who either don't have autoimmune or give up easily if you stop exercising you will have more pain and you'll be stiff and you'll be easily to tear something break something cause clots everything. I have four super rare ultimately rare autoimmune diseases and three regular ones and I promise you you absolutely need to exercise or your life would be horribly bad

    Only lose weight if you need to! Very few of my doctors every advised me to lose weight now almost 100 pounds lighter, it really helped me!

    I have NEVER commented anything online and did like your utube info BUT this upset me. NOT everyone should lose weight. I have multiple autoimmune diseases and am struggling to maintain LOW weight. No not important to lose weight.... dangerous statement and...I want to cry. You ruined my day. I maynever watch again and I desperate need support yeah typos hurts to type DO BETTER
