Harpal ji I have a question. I have seen lots of fried rice receipe everywhere. Soya sauce is used mostly and I have tried making that way but I don't get that restaurant like taste and aroma. What else do they add? Is it cooking wine, butter any other sauce? Please advice
Sir very nice. And your recipe gives the perfect taste of burnt garlic fried rice. I have tried other recipies but they end ul being normal fried rice. But your recipe got that proper burnt garlic taste
Please show non spicy garlic noodles so We can have with chilli mushroom paneer gravy Your teaching is absolutely superb and I am a big fan of yours. Prefer more vegetarian recipes

Chef, I love your channel and wish you the best ... but burnt garlic is one of those few flavors that I (personally) find very unpleasant, and which Ive always associated with culinary carelessness. It took me years to realize that some people actually like it that way and do it deliberately ... but I'm definitely not one of those people. Please forgive me, but ... when it comes to burnt garlic, YUCK. 😝😫😖
