My Steak and Tater Burrito Grilled On The Weber Kettle

- If you like Burritos like I do, then try stuffing a tender tortilla with perfectly grilled strips of Ribeye Steak, crispy Tater Tots, buttery Mushrooms, and your favorite cheese before grilling it up and biting in for a taste explosion.
Steak and Tater Burrito Ingredients
(for 2 burritos)
2 large Tortillas
1 1 lb Ribeye Steak
3/4 lb Tater Tops
1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
1 cup Shredded Cheese
Salsa As Desired
Hot Sauce For Brushing Outside Of Burrito
1/4 stick Butter
2 TBSP Hot Sauce

Ry, looking for some advice. I don't have a tender steak to grill but I do have a round venison round steak. Any suggestions on how to tenderize it. Would like to keep it medium rare.
I'd smoke it until you hit that medium rare temp and slice it VERY thin. I would also give it an overnight rub in your favorite seasoning. But those thin slices are key :)

Can you really over-stuff a burrito? That's when I start calling it a taco, because I can't wrap it completely. Great looking burrito, or taco...
