This was Colby’s moment to seize but delivered an underwhelming performance when it mattered the most. Even his coaching staff had no sense of urgency in between Rounds either from what I saw, IN A TITLE FIGHT. Even I knew he had to pick up the pace. The character that Colby’s been portraying since the Brazil callout definitely lost its touch with the public and he knows it, he’s only getting older and this was his last best shot at a title imo. I personally don’t see him coming back from this in terms of securing one in the future. Trump supporters and First Responders probably cringed so hard watching this interview on top of everything that transpired. But hey, he’s getting paid at the end of the day and that’s probably all he cares about
