If a fighter loses then his ego tells him "I can't go out on a loss" and they keep fighting (look at Tony now). If a fighter wins tho... they think "Hey, I still got it. Maybe I can make one last run at the title" and they keep fighting until they lose, and the cycle continues, until many are forced to retire becuase it becomes a BJ Penn level of OBVIOUS that they're done. It takes incredible discipline from guys like GSP and Khabib to walk away before they're finished at the highest level. Cejudo tried and failed
