- ANIMAL Population into a MEATBALL | 3D Comparison
Have you ever think how Earths Creatures Population looks like into a single Meatball! Well this video took me a loot of time of calculation, my father helped me to calculate this! All humans together made up around 1km in diameter into a single Meatball, But have you ever think what diameter have rats, dogs, cats into a single Meatball ? i hope you enjoy it :)

Anyone else want to band together and make a mosquito meatball?

I feel like there's got to be far more than 19,000 foxes in the world.
I too, can feel facts
There are probably 19000 foxes in the average British town alone. They are everywhere. Call bs on tbe pigeons as well, definitely more of them around.
And 4,500 "tigers"
Yea, the foxes can't be right
@@hazzah5572 No, it was right as there are around 260 to 400 million pigeons worldwide.
Wow I wasn’t expecting Antarctic Krill to have the most collective ‘meat mass’ in the world! That’s a fun fact I’m sure everyone will love
I think they're basically the world's fodder food. They're like plankton, they keep the world turning.
even bigger than pluto, mercury, or the moon
@@hititup6137 No
Sim🙂
@@hititup6137 pluto, the smallest of those is still around 8 million feet in diameter
Suggestion: could you do a similar video but with elements ( periodic table) it would be a great way to show how little of things like copper and lithium we have and how much greenhouse gases we have. I love this visual concept. Great work thanks
4:30 There it is, the human meatball.
No
even though its probably not the animation quality of redside there is probably a video like that somewhere
For those who wonder, what the backwards voice from the beginning was saying:
"I've always been fascinated by death. The feel of it, the smell of it and the stillness"
Its true. I also reversed it. I was creeped out.
@@jmack8767 Yucky?

@@Ghost_III. do you.. not know what yucky.. means...?

@@volkova6209гадкий
Fun fact: the Antarctic Krill has more mass than all the humans _who have ever lived_
taking into account that most fish and whales eat that, is not a surprise.
Also, most humans than ever lived, live in this time, this is due the exponential growth of population.
Have a read of The Mountain of Names by Alex Shoumatoff
@@angellestat2730 define “this time”. Because the current population represents about 7% of the total amount of humans to ever live. That’s a fuck ton yes, but absolutely is not most. So you have to define what “this time” is. Because I’ll tell ya, you don’t get to around that 50% mark until you go all the way back to like the 5 or 600’s and include everyone born from then until now
Have you watched 1K sisters?
Fascinating to see how little space some animals occupy on this planet.
For some of these examples they took completely wrong numbers.
@John Martlew
The worst is 19.000 foxes while the actual estimated number is 37 million!
Also monarch butterflies (number way too high), Komodo dragon, tigers, belugas, hyenas and probably lots more, look up the rest yourself.
In some cases they probably took the numbers of just one endangered subspecies or from just one specific area, in others they may've found some old numbers.
The Antarctic krill totally explains why whales can get as big as they do. It’s the biggest food source in the world!
mkae ssenses
taking the name "red side" literally
U
I find it hard to believe there's more elephants in the world than foxes.
It's the opposite situation for Antartic Krill: even though they have little body mass as an individual animal, there's a lot of them in the sea.
@@_Just_Another_Guy you really believe everything you watch in a video?
There are a lot of foxes in the world.. there are in all climates and regions.
The one showed here must be for an specific species of fox that must be close to extintion.
But we have a lot of fox in general.
@@angellestat2730 how about snakes? here in our place i saw hundreds and even thousands of pigs, but havent seen even 1 snake..LOL
@@nicolas3009 What place is that?
Pigs are farm animals, those are placed wherever human needs them.
When I said fox are found anywhere, I mean no close to cities or aggressive farmers.
The same for snakes, you can find snakes in almost any climate (no so much very cold climates), most of them are not poisonous, usually they are also small.
@@angellestat2730 Agree on that.. just cant believe only that snakes overtakes pigs in general considering its ave. of 15kg as per the video. as uve said they are also small
Imagine how many diseases are inside that rat meatball
A deep fry would probably cure all that....just kiddin'
Moskitos are the best killers in da place
@@mariajegan2409 how did you do that?
@@YourArabLord i dont know
Great video but foxes seems a bit off. Where I live in the UK there are loads of them. The UK mammal society estimates 357,000 in the UK alone.
Yeah. He also said he might be wrong. He also (very understandably) disregarded birds, other types of fish, insects, and other creatures. But considering the effort of looking this all up, I think he did alright considering that it wasn't meant to be scientific, I think.
I think he may have went for a certain type of fix that is endangered but idk.
The video is way off unfortunately. Humans have more biomass than krill. Not by much, but a little. Earthworms stomp everything in terms of animal biomass though.
@@DavidWest2 Care to source it? And preferably multiple scientific papers.
@@TheContingency25x The hoary fox. Then I started looking up stats for other entries in this video and so many of them aren't just a little bit wrong, but massively wrong.
It's a shame that most people won't question it, as the video is effectively misinformation, albeit not on the level of anti-science or political videos.
I loved how comforting it was at the end, when we were all together in our big meatball 😊❤
It’s quite deep when you think about it😌🤓
plot twist... it was Critters inside, they just ate everybody.
when I read your comment I was like no way that's the opposite of comforting, but then when I witness the human meatball in the video, I found it oddly comforting as well. IDK why🫠
The last ball was kinda unexpected
Next do for wood, and then atmosphere each gas volume
I want to see this but with microorganisms
I like how at the end the sphere with diameter of 5.7 km has volume of 100 817 102 cubic km

That's a bigga Meatball!
I find it quite sad that there are so few of all of these different animals. Except mosquitoes, they can burn all in the deepest depths of hell.
Several numbers were wrong, to be fair. For example there were 335,000 Monarch Butterflies counted in the winter of 2022 in the Western Monarch Count conducted in California (where they migrate for Winter) and the 19,200 figure cited for foxes is specifically just the Hoary fox, not the red fox as shown.
4:55 Earth meatball and I’m sure we will need the entire population to eat that meatball
When all the meats formed into one:
"Thatsa one spicy meatball 🤌"
This was really really really really really good and amazing Bro, i loved this vídeo.
So weird. I never knew I needed this.
The idea is great. But either I miss something or you got some numbers very wrong. Pandas seemed about right (it is), but then directly after that Beluga whales are absolutely off (279 vs. min. 55.000). Very interesting video!
That’s what I thought also. Got to be more than 279.
Obvious there's more than 150,000 butterflies in the 🌎. Numbers are way off
Imagine feeling the smell from 800 Meters of distance 💀
Truly fascinating, although this has to be the most disgusting way of saying "did you know all the world's cats weigh more than all the world's elephants?"
Where are we gonna get enough spaghetti for all these meatballs
It be true tho when?
Great content!
Amazingly fun and abstract thinking. I now have to work out the weight of each meatball. Love these.
So interesting!!! I got hungry to see this vid so breakfast time for me!!!😋
Brilliant concept
Krill master race
Cool stuff
I'm happy to be a part of this video.
Reminds me of that old Sam o Nella video about animal planets, but this is certainly much better, amazing!
no it for sure is not. still great but got some numbers very wrong and sam is just the goat
also thank you i was on the verge of giving up looking for the animal planet video because i thought it was a vsauce video. your comment brought me peace
Weird but very interesting video. Thanks.
I never thought the population numbers would be that low for so many animals
amazing animations
Now that this video has been made we must be vigilant in looking out for spaghetti monsters.
Very fascinating and informative facts... and somewhat unsettling visuals.
This channel is has one of the most satisfying videos.
Wow these are interesting
It would be interesting to do a video on wasting food or any others ressources
Next time I eat a meatball, I would never look at it the same again. Thanks red side!

red side really just decided to say that every animal is nearly extinct
Where the hell am I gunna get enough spaghetti for all this!!!?
Oh hell, I am glad I don't live in Newham any more. I think you parked the finished meatball just over the Thames in Woolwich. Am I right? The smell! Anyway, clever guy, power to you!
