Is there a part # for this exhaust. Can you provide a list of the specific tools used for this job? Trying to put together a set of tools and learn how to work on my bike. Thanks for the video and your consideration.
This exhaust has no number because Kawasaki does not sell a carbon model, only a titanium one, this is an aftermarket original acra intended for this model. If you want to play mechanics, you need a set of hex, a large set of socket wrenches, a set of flat wrenches, various screwdrivers.
Hi Andy, first of all thank you for yours very interesting videos. I noted oem exhaust has a point where center stand sits while akrapovic doesn't... Could this be a problem?

this akrapovic had a non removable DB killer, but there is the same model with removable db killer,they differ in european emission standard

certainly after replacing the exhaust there was an increase in power but too small to be able to feel the difference during ordinary everyday riding.
Next year I will be installing power commander and then I will definitely get about 20hp more
Nice job. Q: Have you thought about a power commander for the slip on or is it not needed? I was watching a revzila vid about the akra and they recommend a fuel controller. What are your thoughts?
I did`t plan a power commander, as far as I know, it is not needed. I know a few V1 owners who have installed akrapović slip-on, and I did not hear that they needed a power commander. I don`t race on the track, I do not perform high performance stunts (or whatever you call it) mainly touring, so I think I don`t really need it.
The main goal was to reduce size and weight.
However..........
I installed the slip-on yesterday, so I will have to test it yet, and it will take some time because of my insurance (I`m still on winter break), and I do not like riding in the winter. So, we will see.
@@MotoAndy Good to know. The only time I don't ride is when snow/ice is on ground, also heavy rains...just to dangerous here. Looking forward to next mod...

Akrap do nowego 800€, przerost formy na treścią jak dla mnie, poza tym kawasaki poprawiło wydech w 3 generacji i brzmi o wiele lepiej, tak właściwie to brzęczy jak akrap w moim poprzednim V1
