@@m.o.m.m7661 without Ezugwu (an IGBO man) mastermind it wouldn't have been possible. The so called DICON has been around for ages but have not been productive in any form until this "IGBO MAN" came into the scene.. He invented and designed all this locally made armory and weapons that the Nigerian army uses today. You commented that "the Nigerian army made the weapons" but you refused to tell us who trained them. give kudos to who it is due Mr man. Somebody must be the top man in every sphere of life. In AFRICA it is THE IGBOS. this is a fact and this is one of the reasons we must leave Nigeria asap. We have been limited by the cattle mentality of the Fulanis and the crab mentality of some other Nigerians for far too long. Lastly, Oga, There is no how Ezugwu will not join sides with his people. Develop Ajaokuta steel complex and build a military industrial complex adjacent to it take advantage of opportunities in the steel production company. Nigeria needs to build a military industrial complex that taps into a collaboration between the military and civil educational institutions. I would like to see synergies built between engineering departments in Nigerian universities and Dicon to produce military wares that can be commercialized for exports to other African countries to beef up their defence. This will boost forex and project Nigeria's influence and soft power across the continent. Oh God, these things are not rocket science. Can we just have the right leadership in Nigeria.

It is late, we are moving ahead with Biafra. Gen Ezugwu is Igbo, Engr. Agbo is Igbo, and 90% of them are igbos, but the industry is at Kaduna?
nigeria had over 50 years after the war to let the igbos be nigeria but failed. Now it is too late for them we are going, even if it costs us ten million lives, even if it is just one igbo man and woman who survive after winning the war , yet will we exit.

This is a great development. We need internal ballistic plate manufacturing capacity.
I hope the Army will beef up its intelligence and surveillance capabilities. They are obviously extremely weak in those areas. We also urgently need to improve our IT offensive security capabilities by producing our own tools and exploits based on researched "zero day" vulnerabilities.
